Get ready to change and challenge your perspective by Black Superhero, a show which explores masculinity through the lens of a Black queer man. Danny Lee Wynter, an activist and Olivier-nominated actor, makes his playwriting debut with this story about a man called David, whose life spins wildly out of control when he falls for King, a superhero. The play, directed by actor and theatre director, Daniel Evans, is audacious, sublime, and witty and deals with many significant issues and sensitive topics that people don't often talk about with a lot of empathy. Black Superhero will be played at the Royal Court Theatre in the West End of London for a limited run.
