It was simply fantastic and everything was really perfect. We received the tickets with the seat reservations immediately with the WhatsApp message on site. All the staff were extremely friendly and courteous. The show itself was absolutely impressive and the music and lighting effects were simply perfect. Apart from that, the Votivkirche is generally beautiful. It was a very successful evening. (There were three of us - aged 23, 52 and 83 - and we were all equally impressed).

It was an impressive show! I did NOT like the way to my seat ticket. The process of FIRST PAYING ONLINE AND THEN AT THE CASHIER AT THE ENTRANCE to get the seat tickets is stone-age. I exclude the way of printing out tickets ONLY via an app because I am not prepared to fill my cell phone with friends' apps.

The show is really interesting. The church is a mind blowing building, perfect for this kind of shows with lights and music. We were in row 4 and could see all the event perfectly. The altar, the roof, the ceiling; all was perfectly illuminated with really good perspective. Totally recommended.

Fortunately I don't live so far away from Vienna. Just a 3 hour drive. The trip was part of a birthday weekend surprise. What a surprise it was. We had spent sometime during the day in a different part of Vienna and the slowly made our way to the church. Even seeing the purple lighting from outside was amazing, and it didn't give away the surprise. Even with the posters of the event, lots of other people in the area at the time, it was still a secret. That is until we went inside. The church itself it just amazing, the architecture and the internal design are breathtaking. We sat in our designated chairs and awaited the Creation of Light show to start. The opening message which says it is possible to film or photo the event i think should be changed. I personally think the opening message should inform people to not video or photograph the show as it is not only a distraction but it takes away a part of the immersive show. That being said. What a show. The way the projection hits all aspects of the church, the story it tells with the high quality images the sound and the overall feeling that must be different for everyone. Will definitely be recommending this to friends and family. And will definitely be visiting again. If I only had 2 words to describe the whole experience they would be. A breathtakingly superb. Thank you to everyone involved in making it happen.
