The bookshop is very nice, unfortunately it was very crowded. Nevertheless, it is definitely worth a visit. The option to use the entrance ticket as a voucher. To buy a book is a good option, we bought two books at once👍 from us its clear recommendation!!!!

The wait outside the Lello bookshop at 9.45am was very short. No more than 5-10 minutes. As we had bought a book, the entrance fee was refunded. The visit was pleasant, but the number of tourists blocking access to the staircase to take the perfect photo was annoying. The bookshop wasn't overcrowded, but people are blocking your way to strike a pose. They want a photo that looks like they're alone, but they're not.

The ease of being able to combine two interests into one purchase. I've done many HOPON/OFF tours. This one puzzled me a bit going through residential areas as a tourist. Didn't know the yellow line was part of it, which we were staying in Gaia, and ran out of time in the 24hr slot to do. I wish the 24hr ticket was a timed 24 hr from when you validate it and not the calendar day. The library was wonderful and they did not boot you out which I was surprised about !

Queues were out the door and down the street but moving fast . The view walking in was of the gorgeous staircase and books everywhere. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was buzzing and cameras we're clicking

I was amazed from beautiful wood interior design of Livraria and I liked that I could buy books in several languages and get the discount thanks entrance ticket. The employee at the cashier was very helpful to me.
