Main Entrance (Národní Street)
Located at Národní 362/31, the main entrance is directly on Národní Street, just steps from the Národní třída metro and tram stops. Visitors enter through the LEGO shop at street level, where tickets are checked. Please note: access to the exhibition area is via stairs leading down to the former bank vault. There is no elevator, so wheelchair and stroller access is limited. If you have mobility concerns, allow extra time and consider contacting the museum in advance for assistance.
Regular Hours: Open daily from 10:00am to 8:00pm.
Last Entry: Final admission is at 7:30pm.
Special Hours/Closures: The museum is open year-round, but may close early or adjust hours on major holidays (such as Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day). Always check the official website for up-to-date information before your visit.
A well-stocked souvenir shop is located at the entrance/exit, offering current LEGO sets, rare collector’s items, and exclusive minifigures.
A dedicated kids play area (children’s build corner) is available inside the museum, where children and adults can build with loose LEGO bricks.
Toilets are available for visitors within the museum premises.
Paid parking is available nearby on Národní Street and in the National Theatre garage. Parking fees apply and spaces may be limited during peak hours.
The museum is partially wheelchair accessible. Some areas, including the basement/vault level, are only accessible by stairs. Please contact staff in advance for specific accessibility needs.
Strollers are allowed, but please note that the museum has narrow rooms and stairs, which may make navigation challenging during busy times.
