I recommend this tour without hesitation; you will go down to a depth of 135 m. And you will see how men and animals worked to extract salt. It will amaze you with its history, vast tunnels, chapels, and lakes... The historic ensemble, consisting of the Leaning Tower, the richly adorned cathedral, and the other magnificent buildings, is very impressive and worth every minute! We were able to spend an hour there and are thrilled! The crowd management also works brilliantly, and despite large numbers of visitors, you still have the chance to see everything in peace.

we had a good time at Pisa but I will no longer use Headout. We had two issues in Rome with their "partners" and were unable to use their tickets due to changes they made. They refused to provide refunds and Headout offered me $7.56 credit for another event. I will be using other travel apps from now on.

With the ticket and a midday time slot, it was a great experience. First the cathedral and baptistery, then off to the tower at the scheduled time. Very relaxed. To wrap it up, food and drinks at the amusement terrace restaurant with a view of the tower. A day well spent.

Bag drop-off needs to be communicated better. Having one queue for the time slots makes no sense. BETTER TO HAVE 2 AT 15-MINUTE INTERVALS. The tower itself is an experience even from below. Good view from the top.
