I am so happy that I have visited the complex with Headout. Everything was included in the ticket, all the complex. And guess what, the tower is leaning indeed :) take a tour upstairs definitely, it is unforgettable

Admission to the site was very easy, but there were 2 very unpleasant things. First: starting a car race at such a site makes absolutely no sense! It's polluting, dangerous, and noisy... Second: it needs to be explained to visitors that the bag storage has a very limited capacity, which limits it only to visitors of the tower, with immediate and mandatory retrieval as soon as you leave the tower. Otherwise, you risk being denied entry to other areas, such as the baptistery, for example.

Shortly after I bought the tickets, I received a message that, in fact, there weren't any available spots for that day (some miscommunication between tower management and headout) with the options to change the date or full refund. After a short back and forth messages, they made it possible for us to visit the tower on that day, giving it was our only option, so 10/10 for the team. The views were stunning and the audio guide was insightful. All the other monuments worth the visit as well.

It was a wonderful experience: the ticket allows you to visit all the monuments in Pisa’s Piazza dei Miracoli at any time (the only set time is for the Tower) on the designated day.
