Everything worked well. There was supposed to be a ticket redemption point between the Baptistery and the cathedral. As there wasn't one, we went straight to the entrance of the cathedral with our online ticket and got in without any problems. We found this information a little confusing. The monumental complex is very interesting and very impressive.Céline

Healdout allowed me to purchase the same day with a bit of a discount, let's just say that it's inconceivable that children pay the same price as adults..(abroad children don't pay to enter museums..)in Italy in addition to paying to see our beauties we still had to queue at the entrance and make do with the bags that couldn't get in...the monument is worth it but everything else is a bit of a disincentiveBrett

We had some trouble finding parking and navigating that so we were a few minutes late to the steps, and the gentleman let us right in at the front of the line, which was so nice! What a beautiful property, totally amazed at the Pisa tower and also the fallen angel statue.
