This was my first time using Headout and it was a success. We chose to book Leaning Tower of Pisa tickets this way because it didn't appear there were any available entry opportunities on the official site - so I was a little skeptical when Headout had times available. With tickets from Headout was everythink OK. We show the QR code and we were able to enter at the appointed time. We were only surprised, that all tourist have their bags left in lockers, exception Photo and Phone and water. The trip experience on leaning Tower was amazing. Thank you.

Excellent memory to keep forever, I reached the top! Just remember put your bags in the free lockers before you queue up and don't bother queuing until your allocated time. You won't get in earlier The steps are very worn, wear sensible shoes.

The Leaning Tower of Pisa took nearly 200 years to build, starting in 1173. Five years after construction began, it started leaning. On your chosen date, get ready to climb up the spiral staircase within the tower. Take in stunning panoramas of the city from its breezy viewing platforms, and see first-hand how the iconic tilt is maintained to this date! At noon, its seven bells chime in harmony to the major scale. Enjoy the resounding tolls from wherever you are in the Square of Miracles.

Strict dress code: Since the Cathedral is a place of worship, all guests must wear clothing that covers their shoulders and knees.

Free lockers are available for personal belongings at 21 Piazza del Duomo – metal objects, bags, or containers are not allowed in.

The climb involves 294 steep steps with no elevators, so it is not accessible for wheelchair users and guests with cardiovascular issues.

For safety reasons, children under 8 are not allowed to climb, and those aged 8-18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Florence to Pisa Round-Trip Train

To activate your ticket, the check-in must be done before the scheduled train departure time. You will receive a link in the confirmation email and via SMS. Check-in opens at 12am on the date of travel.

It is possible for you to make an unlimited number of date and departure changes until 11:59pm on the day before travel.

On the day of travel, if your check-in is not yet done, you will have the chance to make an unlimited number of departure time changes.

Both journeys to/from Firenze Santa Maria Novella station have 1 change at Pisa Centrale. Please change trains from the PisaMover (8 min ride) to the Regionale.

Leaning Tower of Pisa

Tickets are timed. Please check the time of your visit. If you are late you will not be allowed in.

Due to high demand, your chosen time slot may not be available: if this happens you will be allocated a new slot an hour before or after your original choice. Please note that you will only be allowed at the top of the tower for 30 minutes.

Please arrive at the redemption point 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your tour to avoid any delays.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.
