Arrive at Lapland Winter Park anytime between 11am and 6pm and check in at the reception before entering. Present your chosen ticket type, either the standard ticket or the family ticket for 2 adults and up to 3 children, to receive your full-day access. From here, you are free to plan your own route through the park’s winter zones.

Lapland Winter Park is a winter activity park where you move between snowy hills, forest paths, and quiet warming spots at your own pace. Your ticket is valid for the full day, so you can alternate between outdoor activities and indoor breaks as often as you like.

• Spend the entire day with full-day access to Lapland Winter Park from 11am to 6pm, choosing between the Standard ticket type or the Family ticket for 2 adults and up to 3 children as per your option selected. This flexibility lets you fit in multiple activity sessions and breaks without time pressure.

• Try Rovaniemi’s longest sledding hill, with sleds and other equipment included, and walk back up between runs for as many descents as you wish. The hill is one of the park’s key highlights and is designed for repeat rides throughout your visit.

• Follow the Christmas-themed forest with nature trails and mini-activities, where you can walk along beautiful nature trails and enjoy a peaceful winter forest atmosphere. Along these paths, you discover small activity spots and viewpoints as you explore.

• Use the included equipment for snowshoeing, ice skating, and cross country skiing, moving between the different snow and ice activity areas during the day. You can switch activities as you go, making it easy to tailor the experience to different ages and energy levels in your group.

• Step into the warm Kota huts with fireplaces when you want to heat up between outdoor sessions. These traditional-style huts provide sheltered seating so you can rest, chat, or plan your next lap around the park.

• Visit the Reindeer Meet and Greet area for a close-up encounter. This experience focuses on meeting the animals and is separate from any reindeer sleigh ride, which is not included in your ticket.

• Reach the park using the free daily shuttle bus from Rovaniemi City Center, which operates on a first-come, first-served basis, or arrive by car and use the free parking on site. Once inside, you move on foot between the sledding hill, Christmas-themed forest, snow sports zones, and Kota huts according to your own schedule.

Wrapping up

When you are ready to leave, you can head back to Rovaniemi using the free daily shuttle bus from Rovaniemi City Center or return to your vehicle in the free parking area on site. Since access is valid for the full day, you decide whether to stay until closing time at 6pm or depart earlier when it suits your plans.
