Overall the transfer to Versailles was reasonable, the staff were good and helpful, however on the way way back the air conditioning on the bus was not working and it was incredibly hot (also a very hot afternoon) and a fellow passenger had to ask twice for the air conditioning to be turned on/fixed etc.

It was a pleasant experience.The driver and the agent who assisted us before we left was very kind and explained well how are we going to get there and how we're going to get back. For sight seeing purposes I think the time alloted was just enough.But if you are intending to really know more about the place then I guess you need more time ans get the guided tour. All in all our experience is satisfactory☺️🥰

The transfer went very smoothly and was hassle-free. Unfortunately, a wait time of about 30 minutes between check-in and arrival had been factored in from the start, so we essentially paid for that 30-minute wait.

Perfect organization, punctual and friendly—I needed to call them, and even then they were kind and courteous. The only downside was the cleanliness of what I saw: the Palace of Versailles was poorly maintained, with a lot of dust on the objects and the wall frescoes... and too many people.

We had a 10.00 a.m to 4:50 p.m time at both the castle and gardens which proved to be ample time. The guide Mathis Wass well versed in history and was very informative on Versailles. Mathis was well spoken in English with a clear engaging persona.
