The whole process—from buying tickets through the app to our skip-the-line visit to the 360Chicado Observation Deck—went very smoothly, and we didn’t waste a single minute! Even with our packed schedule—since we were attending a medical conference—we still had time left over for this interesting visit with friends and for a drink while taking in the city views!

Please note that anyone who wants to experience TILT (a set of 8 windows on a moving platform that TILTs 30 degrees down and out of the building) must first purchase an admission ticket to the observation deck.
