We are incredibly grateful and thankful to Soundar Garu for giving us an unforgettable lifetime memory during our visit to the Petronas Towers. He personally took us inside for a special dining experience and showed us around with such attention to detail and warmth.
What made this experience truly special was that he guided us to areas that are not open to the general public, giving us a rare glimpse into parts of the towers many people don’t get to see. We even got to visit the Malaysian Petroleum Club, which was an absolute highlight!
Soundar Garu is not only incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, but also very friendly and helpful. He made us feel completely at home, and our conversations with him over a lovely meal made the experience even more meaningful.
Thanks to him, we didn’t just visit the Petronas Towers—we lived an experience that we will cherish forever. Truly, this was a once-in-a-lifetime moment, and we feel so lucky and honored to have met someone like him.

We had a great time with our guide Mr Perumal.He explained every thing about the towers before start.We were taken by a express lane and it was upper deck of the bridge which other are not allowed. The lunch was fantastic .Hope to visit it again with our family members.

The fact that I can explore everything inside the room with only low fare, it's amazing. I don't need to spend more than fifty ringgit to enter. And the place is spacious! With many incredible, fun and fictional things inside. I would rather bring my family from any ages here rather than other expensive places as they also provide cafe inside this place. I am more than satisfied!

The food and staff was good upon my arrival at the restaurant. The only issue is long waiting for the ticket redemption for online booking. Perhap, the management could open more counter a during peak hours. Other than that, it was good dine-in for my guest and me. Thanks a lot.
