    • Your pass will activate once you press the “Start Use” button.

  • What to bring

    • A smartphone with internet access is required to use the digital ticket. Digital ticket works only at ticket gates that support QR codes.

    • Ensure your phone is charged, as service will not be available if the device is dead or malfunctioning.

    • Carry a valid photo ID for verification if requested at the redemption counter.

    What’s not allowed

    • Travel on any train lines not included in the Keihan Line and Iwashimizu-Hachimangu Cable Line is not permitted with this pass.

    • Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals.

    • The pass is not valid for Japanese passport holders.

    • Screenshots of the QR code cannot be used for entry.

    • Refunds are not available after pressing the “Start Use” button.

    Accessibility

    • Stroller and wheelchair-accessible transport options are available on the Keihan Line and Iwashimizu-Hachimangu Cable Line.

    • Accessible restrooms are available at major stations.

    Additional information

    • Exchange your e-voucher for the physical pass at any of the following ticket offices: Kyoto (Sanjo Station) or Osaka (Yodoyabashi, Kitahama, Temmabashi, Kyobashi Stations), between the first and last train departure.

    • The pass is valid for unlimited travel on the Keihan Line and Iwashimizu-Hachimangu Cable Line for one day within the applicable area.

    • For purchases made on or after August 1, 2025, the pass expires on October 31, 2025.

    • Child tickets are not included and must be purchased separately at stations if required.

    • Children aged 0–5 travel free when accompanied by a paying adult.

    • Show your pass to access exclusive discounts at select shrines, temples, and facilities along the Keihan Line.

    • The pass does not cover travel on lines not mentioned in the inclusions.

    • Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

    • Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.
