The tour was a wonderful experience! Miro, our driver, made the trip comfortable and on-schedule, with smooth driving, air-conditioning and nice background music. Milko, our tour guide, shared interesting information about the country's history and culture throughout the whole trip, fun facts about the Kravica waterfall, and affordable restaurant recommendations in Mostar. Overall, the tour was well-organized and provided plenty of time for sightseeing and souvenir-shopping.

The tour is well organized... just as described in the tour offer. Anna was attentive and funny, and she made the long wait at the border more enjoyable. It was clear she was well-prepared with information and had thought of all the little details... I really liked the delta on the way to Kravica, a park with some impressive waterfalls; it’s very pleasant to walk around there. Mostar has recovered quite well since the war. Beyond the main tourist route, there are charming places you have time to visit. Potcijel is a charming little village. I’m not giving 5 stars because we didn’t have much time to visit it (due to border issues). The return trip was delayed by the border. Some people might have missed their flights, but both Anna and the driver tried to find alternatives for them (they arranged a taxi to pick them up at a spot in Dubrovnik so they’d be closer to the airport). Would I do it again in the future? Definitely—I was left wanting more, but of course, it’s impossible to see everything in such a short time.

Trip was really nice. Driver MIKO and guide MILKO made our journey fun and enjoyable n most importantly safe. But the weather was really hot. 37-40 degree feels like 50 degree. So check the weather temperature before going . I visited on 31th July 2026.

We arrived 5 minutes early, and Nico, the guide, was rushing us. When we got to the bus, he asked for our passports; we handed him copies, and he said we needed the originals. We tried to ask him to wait for us since our hotel was an 8-minute round trip, but he simply made a dismissive gesture with his hand, as if to say, “Go away,” and left us standing there alone. The bus driver heard what was happening and kindly offered us the option of going to get our passports; he told us that if the bus wasn’t there when we returned, we should take a taxi to the last passenger pickup point. It took me exactly 8 minutes to go and come back; the bus wasn’t there, so we took a taxi as the driver suggested. Our dissatisfaction stems solely from the guide’s dismissive and rude treatment.

The trip itself was fine. Nicely timed and planned; however, the guide was very poor. During the whole journey, she focused on politics and not the actual tour. We were encouraged to rise against politicians, to worry about the world goo my digital, and see who is controlling the world. Was irrelevant and not needed.

First, you'll reach the beautiful Kravice Waterfalls. The falls are created by the River Trebizat and are popularly called the ‘Gem of Herzegovina’ because of the wonderful natural surroundings. Take a small dip in the cool waters, take a stroll, and generally relax in this outstanding nature reserve.

A short drive later and you’re to discover Mostar. Developed in the 15th and 16th centuries as an Ottoman frontier town, it’s a region with huge historical and cultural significance. With the help of your local tour guide, wander through the narrow cobblestone streets and head to the iconic Old Bridge at its center. If you’re lucky, you’ll witness local divers jump from a great height into the whirling waters of the river Neretva!
