• Taking photographs with monopods, tripods, and selfie sticks, is not allowed at the venue.

• Umbrellas and parasols are strictly not allowed on the rooftop deck.

• Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

• Re-entry into the observation deck is not allowed.

• This experience is wheelchair accessible.

• This experience is not accessible by pram/strollers.

• Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

• Facilities: Coin lockers and stroller parking area

• Don't forget to purchase some mementos for your loved ones from the souvenir shop inside the venue.

• Guests may have to wait in case of crowds.

• Admission to the observation floor and rooftop deck is timed.

• There is no dedicated parking space at the venue. You can use the Times Meriken Park parking lot at an additional cost.

• Ensure your smartphone is connected to the internet to open the link provided in the voucher sent to you upon purchase. Press the "Use" button on the screen and show it to a staff member at the reception. Please note that screenshots and printed copies are not accepted.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.

• Please arrive at the redemption point 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.
