What to bring

• Bring a valid photo ID for card issuance if requested.

• Bring a credit card, e-wallet, or cash for card top-up at machines.

What’s not allowed

• The card cannot be used for purchases or withdrawals exceeding your available balance.

• Use of the card for any illegal activities is strictly prohibited.

• Benefits, discounts, and rewards not listed in the WOWPASS app are not included.

Accessibility

• WOWPASS card machines are located at various hotels, subway stations, and other accessible public locations across Korea. However, machine accessibility may vary by location.

Additional information

• Register your card in the WOWPASS app immediately after issuance to protect your balance in case of loss.

• The maximum cash withdrawal per transaction is 100,000 KRW, with a 1,000 KRW fee per withdrawal.

• Card validity period is not specified; please check in the app or at the time of issuance.

• Some benefits, rewards, and discounts are only available via the app and may change over time.

• Meals, personal expenses, and optional upgrades or premium services not specified are not included.

• The card can be used for cashless payments at most locations in Korea and for public transportation (buses, subways, taxis).

• Real-time transaction tracking, balance checks, and card management are available through the WOWPASS app.

• If your card is lost, you can pause/suspend it and re-issue a new card to retain your balance via the app.
