The positives: The lift (elevator) upward was memorable, the queues beforehand weren't too long. The negatives: The biggest one for me was that there was no indication that there were other floors available to visit which had other attractions. We had to go on AI to find out what there was to do. We then had to ask the guard on duty how to get there - which was through some fire doors (which DEFINITELY looked like they were for emergency use only - I thought that I was doing something wrong). I then found not one, but two other floors, with GREAT stuff to see. I never would have found out without AI. There was no organised queuing system for the photo opportunities in the chairs etc. it was a free for all.

El lugar es asombroso. Desde abajo no se alcanza a entender las dimensiones del edificio. Nos impresionaba la altura de unas torres doradas cercanas al World Lotte Center a las que sí se podía ver en un ángulo diferente. Pero luego, desde arriba.... se ven unos pequeños helipuertos allá abajo. Diminutos ! Todos los edificios circundantes, de 35 y 40 pisos...pequeñitos. Aviones y helicópteros volando debajo ( muy debajo) nuestro. Luego es destacable la atención del personal de la torre y las atracciones en los cinco niveles a los que se tiene acceso. No olvidaré agradecer la ayuda de Headout al haber contestado mi mensaje ( incurrí en un error al adquirir mis entradas) y me evitaron una preocupación.

Loved the tower experience. Totally worth the money. Aquarium was fun as well. Wasn't too impressed with the amusement park. Long lines (hours) for short rides. Hard the navigate the park as well. Skip the amusement park and spend more time in the Aquarium or in the tower.

J'ai reservé en dernière minute. Il fut très facile de trouver ce que je voulais. J'ai payé mes billets et reçu directement les entrées . Sur place grâce à l'application nous avons trouvé directement notre chemin. La vue de la haut est impressionnante et vaut la dépense qui n'est pas exagérée.(70€ à 4)

Fue una gran para más que nada para los niños. Nos la pasamos padrísimo en familia. Lo único que hay que tomar en cuenta es que los juegos y montañas rusas hay mucha espera. Aunque es chico el parque las esperas son de entre 40 min a 60. Considera llegar temprano para aprovechar y tener tiempo de ir al Sky Lote con luz!

It was absolutely amazing . I am scared of heights, but I needed to do it. My ears popped going up the lift. The views were stunning. I couldn't quite stand on the glass floor. But how amazing was it. Breathtaking views.

If you’re looking to get a view of Korea, then Seoul Sky should certainly be on your list of things to do. The views are astounding and you truly get the feeling of being on top of the world. With no other building tall enough to obstruct your view, you can glance down at the ground beneath your feet; and surely you’ll find that everything appears as though part of a miniature playset. While you’re here, you can experience several things from the Sky Shuttle - deemed to be the fastest elevator with screens on its walls and ceilings that put on a display of Korea’s much-revered history, to the Sky Deck with its transparent floor and glorious views. For an even better view, head out onto the Sky Terrace, an outdoor observatory on the 120th floor. After experiencing such a feat, you’d never want to get back down to earth!

Note: Sky Terrace on the 120F may be closed on the following weather conditions:

Weather warnings have been issued (heavy rain, strong winds, yellow/fine dust, etc.)

Heavy rainfall of 5mm or more per hour

The difference between indoor-outdoor temperature is 20°C or greater

No refund will be provided for the closure of facilities

Seoul Sky requires a reservation, and the capacity is limited per timeslot. The tickets you purchase does not guarantee a reservation, but you will be able to enter directly upon arrival. Although, you may need to wait in line for the elevator on the spot

On Korean public holidays or special occasions, the queues may run long. In this case, the staff may not issue physical tickets on-site. Please contact us to amend the ticket or get a full refund

Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly after the purchase

Redeem your voucher at B1F Observatory Lobby

Once you enter Lotte World Tower, go to B1F (117F through 122F) to find the Seoul Sky Entrance

Walk over to the ticket office and display your voucher in exchange for a paper ticket
