Airport Lounges in Seoul

Arrived at 6:00 AM when the opened for the day. Very clean and all the food was fresh,hot and tasty. Over all a good experiance.

The process of Booking the Matina Gold Lounge was very easy and the process of using tickets stored in the app to enter the lounge was seamless. The lounge itself was very nice. It's worth it to pay more for the gold lounge than use the regular Matina Lounge.

Luckily I had a good feed whilst at the lounge, as the next leg to Singapore was long and bumpy, which limited it to one meal. If I had not eaten so well at the lounge I would of been very hungry and cranky, thanks again for the great service including good choices of both food and drink and great place to rest while waiting for my next leg

The app was good, payment was quick and seamless. The Lounge I was purchasing entry for needed a QR code to scan for entry, and one was not available in my email or app confirmation. We were finally able to look up the payment information, but Headout can improve by checking their compliance with the actual venues for entry.
