¡Una experiencia impecable de principio a fin! El tour estuvo increíble y sumamente interesante. Sin duda, lo mejor fue el guía: súper profesional, apasionado y con un conocimiento excepcional que hizo que cada parada valiera la pena. La logística mediante la app de Headout fue impecable. El transporte en autobús estuvo fenomenal: súper cómodo, puntual, perfectamente organizado y con un aire acondicionado excelente, lo cual se agradece muchísimo tanto en el viaje de ida como en el de regreso. ¡Totalmente recomendado! Sin duda volvería a reservar por aquí.

L'organizzazione del tour è perfetta, sotto quasi tutti gli aspetti. La coordinazione giornaliera tramite messaggi rende molto semplice organizzarsi per raggiungere il luogo di ritrovo e capire quale pullman prendere. L'ingresso alla miniera è semplice e veloce, non saranno necessari né biglietti né documenti. La miniera in sé è stupenda, lascia notevolmente sorpresi sia per dimensioni che per storia. Il servizio di trasporto al punto di partenza una volta finito il tour è la ciliegina sulla torta.

Visiting the Wieliczka Salt Mine was an unforgettable experience. La visita a las minas ha sido muy interesante. Es un espacio que no esperas y son impresionantes. Muy recomendable su visita. La única pega es que el tour en Español es exjsimante en la mina con una guía de allí. Cuando te recogen en el autobús es todo en inglés, por lo que si no sabes para defenderte no te enteras de las instrucciones de cómo colocarte, hora y punto de reunión.

Nuestro acompañante Gregory en el trayecto a la mina nos explicó muchas cosas interesantes sobre Polonia y fue muy atento. La mina merece la pena, la visita es interesante y bien organizada aunque se va con algo de prisa. La catedral es espectacular. Lo recomiendo a pesar de los escalones y de la salida que se nos alargó algo...

This booking was so well organised. I was kept informed all of the way including pick up points, times & even make & model of the bus including the registration number. The drivers & guides were so helpful & friendly. I can't wait to return to Krakow soon. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday.

Comment ne pas admirer le travail des mineurs qui ont creusé la roche saline pour créer ces 2 chapelles et les charpentiers qui ont créé ces charpentes en bois. Magnifique travail. Le lac artificiel d'eau salée est également remarquable. La guide francophone était parfaite.

Our tour guide was outstanding. The formations, the information and all were great. It was excellent. The entry and exit were NOT excellent, especially the exit. After walking that much, standing in line for 30 minutes to exit was terrible.

Easy pick up, comfortable vehicle, poorly organised on collection at the end of the tour. We toured the mines on 28 July. The mine tour guide was apparently supposed to take the group back to the starting point at the end of the tour which she did not do. She told us that we should follow the indidivual tourists lines to exit the mines, she did not take us nor inform us how to rejoin the driver. The general exit point was on the other side of the village from where we entered the mines. Naturally that left us bewildered as to where we were or how we were to rejoin the driver at the collection point. When we found the group, the driver, Mr. Mariusz, said the confusion was not his fault and appeared annoyed at being questioned. Perhaps it was not his fault but there was a total disconnect that left us uncertain as to how to handle the problem. A call to the office helped but information should have been provided at the drop off point as to how things worked and where the mine guide should have left us. Not much more work but an essential point, conveying information to paying clients is what makes a packge tour complete and succesful.

What to bring

Bring comfortable shoes; there are 800 steps to climb, with 350 at the beginning descending into the mine.

Bring warm clothing, as the temperature underground ranges between 14°C and 16°C, even in summer.

Student ID is required for student tickets.

What’s not allowed

Baby strollers, baby carriages, and luggage or bags larger than 30 x 20 x 10 cm are not permitted inside the mine.

Smoking and the use of open fire in the mine are strictly forbidden.

Alcohol and drugs are not allowed.

Animals are not permitted in the mine. The mine does not offer animal shelters.

Accessibility

This experience is not suitable for people with mobility impairments or wheelchair users.

Not suitable for people with claustrophobia or heart problems.

The start time may change due to the availability of guides in the museum; please check your plans accordingly.
