I loved how easy it was to purchase the tickets and received them quickly. I was too late to get tickets directly from the water park and was worried we had missed out but Headout saved the day. We had a fun day with our teenage kids, who went on every slide (except the kids slides). The kids area looked fun too. All the facilities were well set out and accessible.

It was a great day. However last time I was there I do not recall weight restrictions on rides. This time I was restricted to the Python, being 142kg. I am just really tall, slightly overweight and I found that to be extremely frustrating considering I wanted to enjoy the experiences with my children. Besides this Waterbom is a fanstastic setup.

Perfect family outing. Our 7yr old boy went on nearly every ride and was tall enough which was a bonus. No one mentions a height requirement for rides online. Also it is worth going early to book a gazebo. We purchased the photo package and the code is invalid still awaiting the park to get back to us. But there a photographers everywhere.

Nice staff, everyone wasvery friendly, prices are good and the rides are great. I was with a 4year old, they even watched over him, while I took a ride alone! Great day!

What's not allowed

Keep in mind food & beverages are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

Strict dress code: swimsuits or shorts with metal decorations including metal zips or drain holes on board shorts, loose clothing, jewelry of any kind, cut-off jeans, and glasses are not allowed on the water slides.

Shutterbugs, take note: Production cameras and drones are a no-go inside the venue.

Accessibility

This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

The slide towers are not accessible by wheelchairs.

Choose safety and comfort: This experience is not the best fit for pregnant women and guests with cardiac issues, back issues, chronic health conditions, and those who have undergone recent surgery.
