Great park! Fun rides, lots to do.. the queues weren't too bad either. The staff at the front desk were fantastic explained the whole band process! Would definitely recommend going when in Bali

Easy entry and it was a great day out. We got there early so went on all the slides before the queues got too big. The park was not too crowded and there is something for everyone.

Great day out. Easy to get around, maps are ideal pinned around the park. Food is nice & icecream too. Pricing not too bad either. Average pricing. Worth staying as long as you can. Lots of shady spots. Beautiful gardens. Staff were fantastic. Clean & comfortable. Thanks team

Waterbom Bali est un parc aquatique tes grand qui répond aux besoins des plus petits jusqu'aux plus grand. Il y a des infrastructures pour les enfants et les permettent de s'initier aux joies des attractions aquatiques. Il y a plusieurs types d'attraction pour les adultes. De l'extrême pour les aventuriers et des autres un peu plus calme. La nourriture est a prix accessible. Je regrette uniquement de devoir payer pour le casier et les essuis. Cela devrait être inclus dans le prix d'entree vu qu'il est assez élevé par rapport au coût de la vie locale. Pour les étrangers le prix est raisonnable.

Such a fun day out! Waterbom has some epic slides and a brilliant aqua play area for the smaller children, but it also has an excellent cafe/restaurant and beautiful gardens. The staff are really friendly and helpful and it is easy to spend a full day here. Recommend getting there just before opening to benefit from smaller crowds and shorter queues

Extremely easy and convenient to book. I had an emergency and the headout team helped me immediately on a very short notice to reschedule my tickets within 16 hours of the request. Going to be booking all future events via headout. Absolutely recommeneded!

My family went to Waterbom and had a great day out. The process for tickets, locker and money in our wristband was flawless and the best part of the day were the lines for the rides. You didn't need to wait long for each ride and my 5 yr old girl loved it

What's not allowed

Keep in mind food & beverages are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

Strict dress code: swimsuits or shorts with metal decorations including metal zips or drain holes on board shorts, loose clothing, jewelry of any kind, cut-off jeans, and glasses are not allowed on the water slides.

Shutterbugs, take note: Production cameras and drones are a no-go inside the venue.

Accessibility

This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

The slide towers are not accessible by wheelchairs.

Choose safety and comfort: This experience is not the best fit for pregnant women and guests with cardiac issues, back issues, chronic health conditions, and those who have undergone recent surgery.

Splash Bands are the only accepted form of payment in Waterbom. You will receive a Splash Band upon entry, and you can top up credits onto the band at the Top Up Counter near the entrance.

Strict height and weight restrictions apply for the slides to maintain guest safety according to International Standards.

Re-entry Policy: Re-entry to the park is permitted on the same day. Make sure you show your original ticket, wristband, or hand stamp at the entrance for re-entry.
