Hello, the colleseo tour was amazing, our guide was informative and spoke at a perfect rate of speed giving us time to absorb the information, and even did a pop test at the end, she made it fun and memorable. I believe her name was Alice. On the otherhand our tour for the Vatican was difficult to understand, spoke quickly and not clearly at all. Keep in mind that I speak Italian fluently, and English....but he was hard to follow and lost our interest. He also seemed to be very heavily focused on the smaller less significant details when he explained things and missed the most significant pieces on such a short tour. Did not even go to the alter area but spent more time on the tombs...didn't speak to the cupola which for me was a huge missed opportunity.

Abbiamo acquistato su questo sito la combo Colosseo e musei vaticani, all'inizio dopo l'acquisto ci siamo un po' spaventati a causa delle recensioni un po' negative, dove dicevano che nn c'erano i biglietti, oppure di vari cambi all'ultimo momento, invece è stato tutto perfetto, puntuali e ben organizzati, al Colosseo con Vincenzo è stato fantastico ci ha spiegato tutto con molto entusiasmo e piacere, ci ha accompagnato poi fino al ristorante, hai musei vaticani con Susanna, bravissima e preparatissima, si capiva quanto ama il suo lavoro, e ci spiegava tutto con molta semplicità! Quindi cosa dire lo consiglio proprio a tutti!! Grazie grazie

Our guide Yvonne was so knowledgeable, friendly and added a bit of humor too! The pace was good though you want to wear comfortable shoes as you are on hard surfaces all day. It can be a bit overwhelming with all you see in the museum and St. Peter's basilica. There are rest rooms but no good or drink so eat a good breakfast or lunch before you go. We were pretty exhausted after 3 hours so didn't spend much time in St Peter's and didn't make it down to the tombs which I would have like to see. All in all a great tour with a ton of information.

I had an absolutely fantastic guided tour of the Vatican Museums. My guide was incredible — if there were more than 5 stars, she would deserve 100! Her passion, knowledge, and storytelling made the entire experience unforgettable. It was almost a shame when the tour came to an end because I was enjoying every moment. If you truly want to admire the beauty of Rome and fall even more in love with this amazing city and its history, this tour is an absolute must. I can’t wait to come back and book another tour with them. Highly recommended!

Skipping the lines was very nice. At the beginning it seemed, that it will be long standing, but actually we were inside Vatican very fast. The guide gave us interesting historical information during all the way through Vatican and answered all questions. It was wonderful experience. So was excursion to Colosseum. A lot of historical facts about the objects we see in front of us and all questions answered. We felt, that guide ladies in both excursions love their job and have a passion to Roman history. Wonderful experience. Thank You

Même avec un petit retard de notre part, l'agence a su nous retrouver notre groupe et c'était un véritable de participer à cette visite guidée ! Notre guide d'origine italienne était parfaitement bilingue et nous a appris beaucoup de choses, raconté beaucoup d'annecdotes. La visite a duré 3h mais le musée du Vatican était tellement beau qu'on aurait voulu y passer encore plus de temps ! Je ne manquerai pas de refaire appel à Headout lors de prochains voyage, vous gagnez tellement à écouter quelqu'un vous raconter le lieu

I highly recommend this tour. The skip the line element was invaluable as we sailed past the enormous queue and were inside the Vatican museum within minutes our group of 16 had an amazing guide called Jorga. Her depth of knowledge was incredible. She pointed out all of the important facts ans many more. She also explained procedures every step of the way. It is a very long tour and there are several steps involved at different points.

What's not allowed

Colosseum

For safety and security reasons, no large backpacks or pieces of luggage are allowed inside the Colosseum. No storage facility is available. You can, however, take a baby stroller into the Colosseum with you, should it be necessary.

Vatican Museums

Strict dress code: knees, shoulders, and back must be covered for all guests.

Big bags and suitcases aren't allowed inside the attraction, but guests can make use of the lockers on site.

Since complete silence is to be observed within the walls of the Sistine Chapel according to the rules of the Vatican, the guides will provide you with information about the site outside the Chapel. Visitors are to maintain silence within the Chapel as well.

Photography and the use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited in the Sistine Chapel.

Pets and other small animals are not allowed in the venue, with the exception of guide dogs.
