Excelente la experiencia, desde el momento que llegas con el auto y lo llevas a parking vip, el recibimiento, el desayuno, la atencion de janson en todo el recorrido y sobretodo porque mi amigo estaba incapacitado de caminar y nos ayyudaron con silla de rueda . El almuerzo buenisimo y recorrimos todo el parque en menos del tiempo. Lo recomiendo, fue espectacular la experiencia

We were definitely treated like VIP, from quick VIP lines , we were taken to a private area where we were greeted with a beautiful spread for breakfast , introduced to our tour guide DANIEL who was amazing BTW . He was very informative , friendly , professional and madethis experience all the merrier. We explored many different parts of Universal before having a buffet lunch at Moulin Rouge thats was 10/10 also. We explored on our own after our tour was done and brought many souvenirs and went on all the rides was the best experience ever. Would definitely reccommend VIP Experience.

A valid government-issued photo ID that matches the ticket name.

What’s not allowed

Suitcases or backpacks with wheels.

Smoking, e-cigarettes, and vaporizers.

Weapons, explosives, or illegal substances.

Outside food and drinks, except bottled water, baby food, medical needs, or special dietary items.

Glass containers, open beverages, and large coolers (only soft coolers up to 8.5″ x 6″ x 6″ are permitted).

Pets or animals, unless service animals.

Arrive at the VIP Reception 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Children must be at least 5 years old to attend the VIP experience, and at least 17 years old to attend it without an accompanying adult.

Tickets are only valid for the selected date and name, and cannot be transferred.

Attractions, including rides, may close or change without prior notice.

Same-day re-entry is allowed with a hand stamp and your ticket.

Children under 2 years old enter for free.

Safety rules apply—some attractions may have height, age, or health restrictions.

Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.
