I brought my family and we had an amazing time. First time for my baby girl. She was loving all the animals, especially the jellyfish and puffins. The staff and volunteers were very nice and polite.

Beautiful arena! Loved everything about it. Wish there was more sharks. But it was spectacular! The VR chairs was very cool.

We had a good time learning about the history of the city. I would do it all over again. The tour bus application was a great tool to track the timeframes of each stop when hoping off and on each stop point. We enjoyed our time.

The driver was great, very friendly and informative! Saw things I never saw before like the old theatres on Broadway, Little Tokyo and Silverlake.

I'm 90, took a friend 85 who had never been, he loved it. I took my 4 kids there 55 years ago, and it was amazing then.

Having the tickets made it easy to go right in, but I had been worried because I had scheduled an 11:15 time, but the tickets said you had to be there 15 minutes before 9:00 am. That was an impossibility so we just hoped for the best. We strolled right in so I have to assume thw times don't matter, just be forewarned.
Not Headout's fault but only one of the three elevators worked in the parking lot on a weekend full of wheelchairs and strollers!
