We had a wonderful experience with our tour guide! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire tour enjoyable. We really liked the way he explained everything and guided us through each place with patience and enthusiasm. He made sure we didn’t miss any important spots and was always happy to answer our questions. His positive attitude and great way of touring made our experience even more memorable. We truly enjoyed the tour and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great tour guide!

My family is from Niagara falls so I was playing tourist that day with my older daughter. The tour was very casual yet informative a good pace and ended with a tour of the cave of the winds it was absolutely extraordinary! Very much enjoyed our guide as well. He made everyone feel welcome and asked us thoughtful questions about where we were from and history regarding Niagara falls. Would definitely do the tour again or recommend to a friend

Our tour guide, Chloe, was great- Just what we needed for a family of 9! Her vibrant personality kept things hopping and didn't leave room for "bored" teen attitudes or parents trying to figure out what/where to go next :) It was also nice that she gave us time as a family to check each "stop" out on our own to take pictures, etc.

Our tour guide dave was super friendly and funny. he was very knowledgeable about the facts about the falls, and made the experience enjoyable! The tour around the falls it's self was very very beautiful but it was nice to have someone to crack jokes and laugh with on the way

*⭐️⭐️⭐️ Unforgettable Family Experience - Thanks Bernie!* We just did the Niagara Falls USA Guided Tour with Cave of the Winds and it was absolutely worth it! Our guide *Bernie* was fantastic - super knowledgeable, funny, and explained the entire history of the Falls in a way that kept both adults and kids engaged. He made the whole tour feel personal, not rushed at all. We went as a family and luckily it wasn't too crowded, which made the Cave of the Winds even better. Standing so close to Bridal Veil Falls and feeling that raw power is something you have to experience - we got soaked and loved every second of it! *Quick Tip for future visitors:* Definitely buy your tickets ahead of time to skip the long lines. And if someone in your group doesn't want to do all the stairs/steps at the Cave, there's a comfortable spot to wait near the cave with an amazing view, so no one misses out. Highly recommend this tour if you want more than just the views - you get the stories behind it. Ask for Bernie if you can! --- Want a shorter version for Google / TripAdvisor too? *Short version:* > Amazing guided tour with Bernie! He was an excellent guide, explained the history beautifully. Begin your experience on the U.S. side of Niagara Falls, where you meet your guide and join your group for a guided historical tour. Your entry ticket to Cave of the Winds is included, so you proceed together toward the attraction without needing to arrange separate admission. A poncho is provided before you head closer to the water, so you are prepared for the mist and spray.

What to expect

This guided tour focuses on Cave of the Winds and its surrounding viewpoints in the Niagara Gorge on the U.S. side of the falls.

Features

Use your included entry to Cave of the Winds and ride the elevator down into the Niagara Gorge, getting close to Bridal Veil Falls.

Walk the wooden platforms and take on the Hurricane Deck experience, where you can feel the force of the water and expect to get very wet by the end.

Visit The World Changed Here Pavilion with your included access, and explore exhibits that explain the history, geology, and significance of Niagara Falls.

Follow your guided historical tour as your guide shares stories about Niagara Falls State Park, the development of hydroelectric power, and how the area has changed over time.

Stay dry between stops using the provided poncho, which helps protect you from the constant mist and spray near Hurricane Deck.
