Our tourguide was welcoming, kind and very knowledgeable. He took his time but didn't belabor the point. It was wonderful to learn more about the falls in a relaxed group setting. He also made jokes that were silly, but well intentioned and made it feel like he was a friend leading us and not a stuffy know-it-all. Would reccomend to anyone looking for a relaxing but informative tour.

We love just how much we go to see and do throughout the day, not just "Journey Behind The Falls". This included beautiful sights, different towns, the awesome insights our guide, Johnny provided, shopping, and eating. I would recommend this company and would definitely use this company again while traveling to the area.

Billy was very knowledgeable and affable. He waited for late people, paced the tour well, allowing folks ample time to take pictures and even became the designated photographer himself at times! Would definitely recommend!

Rocco was absolutely fantastic and wonderful with the kids. Made the tour extremely special for them including several extra touches. Def above and beyond. Please see he gets something special as one of your best ambassadors

There is no need to spend $50 on a guided tour. You can do the exact same thing on your own for $14.00. You also don't have to worry about a bunch of other people. There's nothing extra except the guy talking about the history. If you buy your ticket, you go down the elevator and you see the exact same thing that you see on the tour.
