Great place to stay! The location was super convenient, especially for visiting Universal Studios. The shuttle service was a huge help and made getting back and forth easy and stress-free. The staff was friendly, and everything was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Très excellente expérience avec Headout pour Universal Studios Hollywood ! C’était une première expérience pour nous, et étant résidents de Polynésie française, tout était encore plus important pour que tout se passe bien, et nous n’avons pas été déçus. La réservation était simple, rapide et claire, même pour des billets Express. À notre arrivée, tout s’est déroulé sans problème, les billets ont été acceptés immédiatement sans attente. Le pass Express a vraiment fait la différence : nous avons pu éviter les longues files d’attente et profiter de presque toutes les attractions en une seule journée, ce qui aurait été impossible sans ça. Cela a rendu la visite beaucoup plus agréable et sans stress. L’organisation était fluide du début à la fin, et c’est exactement ce qu’on recherche quand on voyage. Je recommande vivement Headout à tous ceux qui veulent une expérience facile, rapide et efficace !
