Great experience overall! The service was excellent, and the facilities were clean and well maintained. The selection of cakes was fantastic, with a huge variety to choose from, and the drinks were a great complement. Everything was delicious and we really enjoyed the experience. Good last minute price too. One small suggestion: the announcements could be turned down slightly in volume to create a little more ambiance and a more relaxed atmosphere. Overall, a lovely place with great service and plenty of delicious choices. We’ll definitely be back!

The experience was really good but by the time we were allowed to check in our bags and enter the lounge then had to go for our flight ment we had one and a half hours so l thought £82 was a bit expensive for the two of us we just had a cup of tea and small amount of food each would l do it again l don't know probably not unless we could sit in comfort for the three hours

Very convenient and reliable service! Buying the tickets online in advance was definitely a smart choice and made everything quick and easy. There were helpful staff members at the gates in case anyone needed assistance. The journey was smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend the Heathrow Express to anyone traveling between Heathrow Airport and Paddington.

It was easy to use and not have to deal with auto traffic. Nice to access directly at the Terminal. Good storage area for suitcases and comfortable seats.

Very smooth connection, worked perfectly fine in Turkey and Spain, hopefully continues to ease the rest of my trip to Europe.
