Faced with a 5-hour delay at Heathrow, we booked online and then checked into the lounge. We did notice that it was quite busy and that a lot of people who had walked in didn't even have a seat. I do feel that, although we had an allocated seat because we had pre-booked, there were a lot of disgruntled people in the lounge. Some were standing and eating. I feel like you'd taken advantage of a lot of delays that day by packing out the lounge, and that's not the purpose of the lounge. It should be a bit quieter, more tranquil, and more spacious. While I had a very comfy wait and, thankfully, it wasn't a whole 5-hour delay in the end, I think it was rather overcrowded. And one toilet cubicle was rather dirty during two visits that I made over a couple of hours, so the toilets hadn't been checked.

Friendly staff and overall good service. Good variety of food and drinks and comfortable seating area Recommended to escape a busy terminal

I have been using this e sim for last 4 days across Europe. Seriously i will be using this same eSIM option for all my upcoming trips. This network is so good with an unlimited data coverage. We are posting live contents in social media, using google maps to navigate it and checking train, bus details with the help of this eSIM. I strongly recommend it. It comes with day wise package. We have taken 15 days eSIM package for our Europe trip.

Easy to install and activate. I even installed it at 25000 ft using airline WiFi. Activated upon landing. Seamless fuss free use. My wife was able to link to my phone . All round an excellent product

I've used the Heathrow Express before and as it was my last trip it was very convenient. Train came quickly and arrived in Paddington without a problem. Wish my flight into Heathrow had been the same!

Nice experience before flying, very chilled area and nice compliment of drinks. Must say food was warm and not hot enough for my liking but still plenty of choice. Would use again.

Booking was easy Food 7/10 Drinks - a good selection Ambience - pleasant Staff - friendly Overall I was very impressed . I thought it was good value for money
