I absolutely loved the 3+ hours i spent in the plaza lounge on Monday. The service was excellent, the chairs comfortable and the environment was calm. It set the tone for my 14 hour flight to Cape Town. It was great to have refreshments from the bar, very good service from the staff and a tasty meal. The cost was reasonable and it was money well-spent. I shall be recommending this service to friends who travel frequently to South Africa from Heathrow. In future, I shall plan an early arrival at the airport, and settle into the Plaza Premium Lounge, to unwind and be spoiled prior to my international flight. I was so Impressed and have every confidence recommending this service. Thank you.

Apart from the biscuits and cheese there was no food that I could have eaten. Its supposed to be international why does it have to only appeal to people of the sub continant. A shower would have been nice befor a 20 hour flight

Service was good, food selection good , bit disappointed that I asked for a beer and was told only one was included and the other I had to pay for. Lounge was comfortable.

Going to the Lounge was perfect timing because we had had a long car journey to the airport. We felt soothed and refreshed by the quiet surroundings. The food could have been more varied but there was regular and generous replenishment. Using the Headout vouchers made a REAL difference! We had three hours (instead of the usual two) and best of all, could enter 'anytime' (instead of a fixed entry time). This means we did not have to guess how long our car journey and check-in would take! This small detail seals a perfect choice!

Very smooth and easy find in Heathrow Terminal 2. Not very busy inside so was a nice relaxing environment before my flight. Good selection of drinks, food was pleasant but would perhaps like more fresh fruit and bread.

Service was excellent, staff attentive and ffroenfkt . Not a great variety of good sbd the noodle dish in had was cold. Lounge comfortable and because it was quiet there were plenty of seats.

Head over to the Plaza Premium Lounge in Heathrow Terminal 2 for 3 or 6 hours, with plush seating and a tranquil escape from the terminal crowds.

Help yourself to a freshly prepared hot and cold buffet, complemented by house wine, beer, spirits, and a full barista coffee service.

Stay productive or entertained with free high-speed Wi-Fi, charging points, and access to TV, newspapers, magazines, and live flight info.

Food available was not very hot.There was no bacon or grilled tomatoes and only one choice of eggs.There were no apples available at 730am,the staff informed me they had ran out! I am comparing this lounge to one the No 1 lounge at terminal 3 which I also used on a previous occasion. I did not feel that it was value for money(£84!)
