Nice experience before flying, very chilled area and nice compliment of drinks. Must say food was warm and not hot enough for my liking but still plenty of choice. Would use again.

We had a long trip to Borneo ahead of us and starting the trip relaxed and well fed was so important to us the entry into the lounge was simple and trouble free the food, drink and comfortable surroundings was excellent, the perfect start to our holiday, many thanks to Headout. Jules and Val.

Although initially, it appeared unclear how the booking worked, from further online chat, this was clarified and the booking went ahead without any issues

A very nice 1st time experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful at Heathrow T4. A good selection of food and drinks and a lot of seating. Will definitely use again on my next flight out of Heathrow.

Getting settled

Head to Level 2 of Terminal 4 Departures, the lounge is opposite Gates 10A and 10B. Present your booking and photo ID at reception to check in.
