Organisation und Vorbereitungen für unseren Sienabesuch waren einfach, gut nachvollziehbar und haben uns Zeit gespart. Es war alles wie beschrieben und Siena ein sehr schönes Erlebnis.

Enjoyed being taken to places with a really great driver. The bus guide was very good especially impressed with 3 languages skill set.
The wine tasting venue was great and very entertaining.
Sienna guided tour was excellent. Great guide.
Would have happily sacrificed Pisa for longer at vineyard as this seemed a little rushed. It was over lunch we gelled as a group and made new friends.
Wasn't so impressed with the amount of walking involved from bus to venue. It didn't help that the temperatures were 35°C.
Overall an excellent tour.

Samuel und Elvis waren ein sehr angenehmes Team. Samuel war stets empathisch und freundlich. Er war auf jede Frage geduldig eingegangen und hatte sich sehr um das Wohl der Gäste gekümmert. Auch war es ihm sehr wichtig, dass jeder alle Informationen rechtzeitig erhält. Seine Funfacts über die Orte waren sehr unterhaltsam. Danke für das schöne Erlebnis.

Absolut empfehlenswert ist der Audioguide!!! Umständlich ist es, dass man die Tickets nicht online bekommt, sondern an der Touriinfo weiter weg abholen muss.
Unglaublich prunkvolle Kirche, ein Besuch lohnt sich!!!

Easy to buy, easy to find the guest services location to get our tickets. The audio guide was simple to use, and informative without being too complicated. We took the time to visit 3 out of the 5 sites of the complex. It was a bit too crowded, especially in the Duomo. We had booked for the last day of our trip. We only found out that the ticket was good for 3 days when we picked them up. There's too much to take in during one visit...
