Loved every minute and visited 6 times but the daily problem was there was no specific entry point for annual pass holders. This meant either joining the group Q or main Q or asking any member of staff in the vicinity . Some were very helpful but telling us to go in any door meant meant clearly going to the head of any Q which is rather uncomfortable to do when you have to go in front of people who naturally have been wiring some time,. If there was a clear point of entry for pass holders this would alleviate the problem. I intend to return in the near future so would be pleased to hear from you what my improvements you have made. I look forward to hearing from you.

Easy and fast online purchase when the lines at the ticket office were really long. You pick up the tickets at a guest center close to the main square in Siena. Tickets worked everywhere as expected. Audioguide was one of the best in our 14 day Italy trip. Clear, factual, well laid out. The Complex is remarkable and shouldn't be missed. Don't skip the library inside the cathedral. Allow time for a line from the top floor of the museum to the bell tower. The views are worth it.

Siemas katedral är helt enastående, den överträffar allt annat vi såg i Venedig och Florens. Inget foto kan göra rättvisa för den personliga upplevelsen av denna samling av årbundradens konstverk. Vi är så tacksamma för att vi fick se denna skatt, höjdpunkten på hela resan! Kanon att man kunde köpa biljetter online och slippa stå kö. 🙏👋

Der Dom, das Museo Dell Opera del Duomo ne die Basilika sind beeindruckend und unbedingt sehenswert. Die as mich aber gestört hat: dass die Eintrittskarten je € 23 zzgl 20 Prozent Bearbeitungsgebühr gekostet haben- der aufgedruckte Preis lag bei € 18 ohne Gebühr. Daher kann ich Headout nicht empfehlen

Der Besuch des Domes von Siena war großartig! Allerdings bis wir zu unseren Tickets kamen hat es sehr lange, ca. 50 Minuten, gedauert eines Anrufes bei Headout bedurft und bei einem regulären Kartenpreis von 12€ zusätzliche 3€ gekostet! Jeder soll sich selbst ein Bild machen, ob das angemessen ist!

The skip the line tickets made entry so unbelievably quick & we saved so much time by ordering in advance! The Sienna cathedral was one of the most unique cathedrals in all of Venice, Rome, & Florence. We were in awe the entire part of our visit! This is a must see!

Sono entrato proprio all'ora di apertura, con tempi di attesa ridotti. Acquistare in anticipo il biglietto consente di evitare inutili e fastidiose ricerche del punto vendita e altre file. Il Duomo di Siena è uno scrigno di straordinari tesori. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di ammirare i pavimenti ( non sempre scoperti). I capolavori in marmo di Michelangelo, la libreria Piccolomini affrescata da Pinturucchio. E poi il biglietto integrato consente di visitare la cripta e il battistero. Volendo, nell'adiacente museo, si possono apprezzare i capolavori della pittura senese dal trecento in poi e godere di una spettacolare vista dal cosiddetto "facciatone", un must per i fotografi e gli appassionati.
