La visita, perfecta. El pago , perfecto. El único "pero" fué que cuando llegamos a la experiència escultórica inmersiva, nos dijeron que no estaba incluida en el ticket. Los operarios de la torre entendieron que había sido un error de Headout y nos dejaron entrar (muy amables)

Comprar los tickets en línea fue de lo más sencillo, una vez el la entrada con el código QR es pasas muy rápido, nos facilitaron una silla de ruedas para mi madre, la experiencia fue increíble, pude ver Barcelona con otros ojos, mirar toda la Ciudad fue una gran experiencia, yo recomiendo a todos, tanto visitantes como residentes la visita 360 en la torre de glories.

La experiencia nos gustó mucho sobre todo la parte donde te explican la ciudad ha tiempo real a través de los sonidos y la tecnología.Las vistas fuimos ha última hora y vimos el atardecer precioso.Lo que no me gustó es la experiencia del Cloud cities.Pero por lo demás fue muy bien.

Arrive at the main entrance of Torre Glòries, where your skip-the-line ticket will be validated for direct access. After a brief security check, you'll visit the Hyperview Barcelona exhibition underground before being whisked away to the observation deck.

What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID to match the name on your booking if requested at the entrance.

Have your smartphone with your digital ticket ready for scanning at the entrance.

What’s not allowed

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the venue for security reasons.

Drones are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue.

Accessibility

This experience is not suited for visitors with limited mobility and visibility.

Pregnant women will not be allowed to enter the installation.

This experience isn't suited for visitors with vertigo, anaemia, motion sickness, claustrophobia, diabetes, epilepsy, and issues with their heart or respiratory system.

Additional information

Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Before you enter, you must stow away your personal belongings in the lockers provided.

The venue holds the sole discretion to check your belongings at the entrance via a metal detector.

Mobile phones must always be carried in the holders provided by the staff at the entrance.

The Cloud Cities Barcelona installation is restricted to children below the age of 8 for safety reasons.

You must not lean over the edge of the installation; always follow the marked path.

Visitors who show signs of drunkenness will not be allowed to enter the installation.
