    I recently used Headout to book tickets for the dolphin show at Phuket Dolphin Bay, and the entire experience—from booking to the actual visit—was outstanding. The booking process on Headout was incredibly smooth and user-friendly. I found the Phuket Dolphin Bay tickets quickly, the information on show times, inclusions, and what to expect was clearly laid out, and payment was seamless. I received my confirmation and e-tickets almost instantly, along with clear instructions on how to use them, which gave me a lot of confidence before even arriving at the venue. The dolphin show itself was absolutely fantastic. The dolphins were incredibly well-trained and performed a variety of impressive tricks—jumping through hoops, dancing, spinning, and even painting. The trainers were highly skilled and clearly had a strong bond with the animals, which made the whole performance feel both entertaining and heartwarming. There were plenty of fun interactive moments, especially for families with children, including the chance to get close to the dolphins and take photos (for an extra fee, which was clearly mentioned beforehand). Headout also highlighted other activities at the venue, such as opportunities to see seals and learn a bit more about the animals. Their detailed descriptions helped us plan our timing so we could enjoy everything without feeling rushed. Overall, Headout made what could have been a stressful holiday booking incredibly easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend using Headout for the Phuket Dolphin Bay show and for any other activities in Phuket—reliable, efficient, and a great overall experience.

    The whole experience from start to finish was incredible. I'm not really a fan of aquariums and only went because my partner and father wanted to go. I thought it would be the same as others but I couldn't have been more mistaken. The mermaid and ballet shows were mesmerising and watching the fish be fed was a lovely experience

    Headout is a useful application. While visiting Phuket I've planned all tours via Headout , including Carnival Magic. That one was fantastik! Like fairy tale. I was also impressed , how organisers professionally handled such a huge group of visitors.

    It's a great interactive museum to explore the culture of Thailand. We went with our 5 year old son and had great fun driving the golf cart around the temples. Unfortunately a lot of sights were under construction and therefore closed, but this just means there's more to come for future tourists. 🤗

    I wasn’t sure what to expect when booking the Tiger Park experience, but it turned out to be one of the most unforgettable parts of my Thai trip. The moment you step in, there’s this mix of excitement and nervousness. Because, let’s be honest, you’re about to be that close to a tiger. But the staff were incredibly calm, professional, and clearly experienced. They explained everything patiently and made sure both the visitors and the animals were comfortable. The place was really maintained well and the tigers looked healthy, active, and surprisingly relaxed. There was enough time to actually take in the moment rather than just snap a picture and leave. The interaction itself is Surreal. Sitting next to such a powerful animal and realizing how calm it is and it’s something you can’t fully understand until you’re there. It’s one of those rare experiences that stays with you long after the trip is over. If you’re visiting Phuket and want something beyond the usual beaches and nightlife, this is absolutely worth it. Just go in with respect for the animals and an open mind.
