The whole experience from start to finish was incredible. I'm not really a fan of aquariums and only went because my partner and father wanted to go. I thought it would be the same as others but I couldn't have been more mistaken. The mermaid and ballet shows were mesmerising and watching the fish be fed was a lovely experience

It was an amazing time at the aquaria phuket, never before we have experience a mermaid show , it really made our anniversary trip very special. We definitely would like to come back with kids someday. The Guide was really helpful and was kind enough to allow us to click few pictures , just to capture and takeaway this amazing moment with us. Our visit booked through Headout was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The booking process was fast, clear, and stress-free, with instant confirmation and easy-to-use mobile tickets. Entry to Aquaria Phuket was smooth and well organized — no waiting in long lines, which made a big difference, especially while traveling. The aquarium itself was stunning: beautifully designed spaces, incredible marine life, and very informative displays. Walking through the underwater tunnel was a real highlight and an unforgettable experience. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and family-friendly. What made this experience truly special was the convenience and reliability of Headout. Having everything arranged in advance allowed us to relax and fully enjoy the visit without worrying about logistics. I would definitely use Headout again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for memorable and hassle-free experiences while traveling.

The booking process was good. But, when we arrived to the aquarium place they asked to wait 3 hour because it was booked with you and not directly with them. very disappointing...

Everything was fine. Bought the tickets in advance and entry was without any problem. When you keep in mind that the tickets must be bought 3 our before entry.

I would have given it 5 stars. The buffet was excellent with plenty of vegan food. The venue is spectacular and the show was entertaining. I just can't condone the use of the animals in the show and throughout the park. If I had known about this I would never have purchased tickets to support this.
