My experience about the Duomo tour is excellent, everybody is very polite, prosessing is the best, fast track service is very good!

Easy meet up, guide was great not pushy just enough information and great sense of humour. Duration was just right for information and physicality.

Der Zugang zu den Terrassen war leicht zu finden, Ticket- und Sicherheitskontrolle ging schnell, die knapp 300 Treppen hoch etwas langsamer. Der Aufenthalt und der Blick vom Dach des Mailänder Doms war ein echtes highlight!!! Unbedingt einen Audioguide für 6 € dazubuchen, man erfährt viel Wissenswertes. 🕍

We go my to visit the Milan Cathedral on a beautiful morning! We used Headout to get our tickets and got right in with no waiting! We rented an audio tour with earphones since the audio download through Headout was not sent to us. But the audio tour was good for two people and was an excellent tour of the cathedral. Then we went up to the rooftop which was spectacular. We were right next to this beautiful cathedral's statues and gargoyles and cool spots for photos! That was my favorite tour in Milan and I highly recommend it!

Firstly our group was small which is always positive. Our guide Maria was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Her insights to viewing the Last Supper were invaluable. We only did the first part of the walking tour as this was an area we hadn't visited and again found her insights very interesting. Her English was excellent.

Ghidul a foat super. Excursia bine organizata si locatiile minunate. Cu siguranta o sa mai repetam cand vom avea ocazia.

The tour was relaxed. Not too fast. When the bus was busy with people pushing in to the queue we waited for 2nd bus and always got a seat. The routes were great. Lots of places to see. One issue was the cramming to get on. But customers need to learn how to queue.
