Niagara Falls, Canada for nature lovers

Fabulous friendly guide gave us a lot of information and answered all our questions, a great tour with brilliant itinerary we loved it

Everything on the tour was exceptional except the most Important thing which is time. It wasn't enough to do everything we paid for, and it was the most expected, the Hornblower, which was irritating because we needed to choose between been left by the bus or going into the boat. Second, due to the lack of time, we never got to see Niagara by the lake through the tour itself but we had to walk down by our own. Finally, we paid for a 9 hours tour, and the guide told us we where just going to be there from 10:30am to 1:45 pm, and taking into account the going to and coming back, this tour wasnt even 6 hours long (we left the hotel at 8:18 am exactly). You need to give what you say in your webpage and give enough time to do everything. I lost my money which i paid for the Hornblower Cruise unfortunately.

Our tour guide was very friendly and informative. However, Headout provided the incorrect address on the ticket so I went to the wrong place and then was running back to find my group. The guide was very helpful and understanding. Maid of the Mist is amazing and such a unique experience. I got soaked at Cave of the Winds.
