Our tour guide, Bernie, is enthusiastic, exceptionally informative, and clearly enjoys being a tour guide. He shared interesting pertinent anecdotes throughout the tour. His skillful approach brought to life real people and their struggles and accomplishments as Niagara Falls was developed over time. We booked the Niagara Falls private tour! We were so lucky we did. Bernie our tour guide was amazing and knowledgeable. The history learned all while taking in the breathtaking views made this bucket list experience wonderful. Def 10 out 10! We will be for sure booking a private tour again. This small-group tour provides ample personal attention, along with one-way hotel transportation (from Niagara Falls, US) and a local guide who knows all the best spots.

Hop aboard the famous Maid of the Mist boat ride (seasonal access; replaced by Niagara Power Vista or the Niagara Legends of Adventure) and get close to the Falls to feel the mist and thunderous power of Niagara Falls.

At the Cave of the Winds experience, you’ll walk on wooden pathways and get right under the falls for an unforgettable, up-close view.

Your tour guide will also take you to the Prospect Point Observation Tower for amazing panoramic views of all three waterfalls.

Explore Whirlpool State Park, where you can watch the powerful whirlpool and rapids of the Niagara River in action. This is a photo op you shouldn't miss.

What to bring

Bring along your water bottle and wear comfortable, quick-drying clothes and waterproof shoes.

Additional information

The Maid of the Mist boat tour is not operational during winter months (December-April) and will be replaced by Niagara Power Vista or the Niagara Legends of Adventure.

Tour lengths can vary slightly depending on traffic and the time of year. During quieter seasons, it may wrap up a bit sooner thanks to fewer crowds.
