The cruise was truly impressive and an unforgettable experience. Even though there were a lot of people on board, everything was well organized, and we still had an amazing time. The views were absolutely breathtaking and made the trip very special. Our tour guide was fantastic. She accompanied us all the way to the boat and explained everything clearly before we boarded. It was incredibly helpful that she showed us exactly where to go, what to expect, and shared useful tips to make the experience even better. She was very friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. We really appreciated her kindness and excellent organization. Highly recommended! The view from the Skylon Tower was absolutely spectacular, and this tour gave us the opportunity to see Niagara Falls from several different perspectives. Our tour guide was outstanding and guided us through every part of the experience perfectly. I have honestly never had such an amazing tour guide before. Journey Behind the Falls was the third part of the tour, and it was incredibly impressive. Once again, our wonderful guide explained everything clearly and made sure we always knew where to go and what to expect. I really cannot say enough good things about her—it's rare to meet someone so dedicated, passionate, and genuinely committed to making sure every guest has the best possible experience.

Our excellent tour guide, KIngsley, kept us up to date by text with meet up arrangments. During the tour, he was flexible to everyone's needs. He informed everyone that we would be doing at least 3000 steps and checked that we were all happy with this. We appreciated this information before we set off. Great conversation with everyone - mostly about their football / soccer teams - but understandable as we were in the middle of FIFA 2026! The pace of the first walk was good with plenty of time to take photos and catch up. The route was very informative and gave us great views of behind the Horseshoe Falls. We particularly appreciated the Falls Incline Railway part of the trip - bonus! The Journey Behind the Falls was amazing and wet! Kingsley gave us plenty of time to enjoy the experience and clear instructions where to meet up. The walk along the board walk to the boat trip was again a good pace - not too fast so we could still enjoy the sights. He left us with clear instructions how to get on the boat and wished us a good experience. The boat trip was incredible - again very wet but so worth it. Altogether an excellent experience and one which our family will cherish. Thank you - Kingsley is an asset to your company.

Wir hatten einen perfekten Tag, an dem wir uns um absolut nichts kümmern mussten. Dank dir und dem Fahrer fühlten wir uns bestens betreut. Wir können die "Guided-Tour" von Toronto zu den Niagarafällen wärmstens empfehlen; es blieb reichlich Zeit für alle Attraktionen und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Du machst einen tollen Job, und man merkt einfach, dass du ihn liebst. Menschen wie du und dein Team sind etwas Besonderes.

We had an amazing visit to Niagara Falls and truly enjoyed every moment. The breathtaking views of the falls were unforgettable. The highlight of our trip was definitely the Skylon Tower, which offered spectacular panoramic views of the entire area. Another incredible experience was the boat tour, which brought us so close to the falls that we could really feel the power and beauty of the water. Everything was well organized, and the attractions were worth every minute. We highly recommend visiting Niagara Falls, especially the Skylon Tower and the boat tour, for an unforgettable experience!

Absolutely phenomenal from start to finish! Journey Behind the Falls was breathtaking, and the Hornblower Cruise was the perfect way to cool off on a scorching day. Our guide was engaging, knowledgeable, and made the experience even more special. Every detail was organized flawlessly, with clear directions and friendly, professional staff throughout. It was a great day for a tour. Our guide was fantastic and made the tour exciting. Our group was phenomenal and we made new friends for life. Although Mother Nature thought is would be funny to downpour on us, Julian our guide did everything he could do to make it comfortable for everyone. We were able to finish the tour on the Hornblower and I must say, we loved every minute of the tour. Thank you Julian and Headout!!!

We recently spent 3 amazing days at Niagara Falls on the Canadian side. We booked the single day VIP boat tour, skylon tower and journey behind the falls, Cheryl was our guide and I can't say enough how amazing she was. We saw so many amazing sites and heard some amazing history! Cheryl did such a great job and we really enjoyed our time with her and will remember this forever.

Our first trip to the falls was Amazing. We loved taking the boat out to the falls but loved the behind the falls tour as well. So cool to be so up close to the falls! Luckily, it was a very hot day and the falls provided some much needed relief from the heat. The best part, we were completely dry in about 5 minutes! Highly recommend!

The tour was great! The guide was communicating before the tour started about where to meet so It was easy the meet the group at the skylon tower. It was hot but the walk was nice. It was a couple miles long walk and we were tired, so we took a cab back to the tower at the end.

Julian, our guide, was amazing that we have nicknamed him, "King Julian!" He was knowledgeable, kind, and led the tour just right! We loved that we got a nice walking tour and then the boat cruise and that all the tickets etc. were taken care of.

What to bring

Footwear and bags: Bring comfortable shoes and a waterproof bag to protect yourself and your belongings from the mist.

Weather gear: Bring weather-appropriate clothing and water, especially for longer or evening tours.

Additional information

Seasonal cruise note: The Hornblower or Niagara City Cruises operate seasonally and are replaced by other attractions in winter.

Winter substitutions: Winter replacements may include Skylon Tower, Butterfly Conservatory, Niagara Parks Power Station, or Niagara Takes Flight, depending on the tour.

Restrooms: Restroom access is limited, so please use the facilities before your tour begins.

Parking: No parking is available at the tour meeting point. Two main paid lots are available on Niagara Parkway year-round.

Parking Lot A: Parking Lot A is closest to the Falls and is located beside the Power Station.

Parking Lot B: Parking Lot B is located at the Floral Showhouse.

Arrival time: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your tour start time, as refunds are not possible for late arrivals or no-shows.

Group size: Small-group tours may have a maximum of 7 guests, while walking and fireworks tours may have up to 22 guests.

Tour locations: All tours operate on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls and do not require a passport.

Walking level: Moderate walking is required on guided walking and evening fireworks tours.

Fireworks: Fireworks cruises run only when Niagara fireworks are scheduled and are subject to weather and visibility.

Helicopter upgrade: A 10-minute helicopter flight may be available on select small-group tours for an extra fee.

From Toronto tours: Day trips from Toronto last about 9 hours and return between 4:30pm and 5pm, depending on traffic.

Tip for nature lovers: Nature lovers, stay alert, as you might spot peregrine falcons nesting on the cliffs at incredible diving speeds.
