Teamlab is a budget friendly activity ( especially when bought on the Headout app) that can keep you entertained for at least three hours - and even longer if all the rooms are available. It would be great to know beforehand which sections are unavailable. Some rooms might seem repetitive towards the end seeing that it involves a lot of the same techniques , e.g. motion sensor light interactions. Overall extremely enjoyable with the staff available to guide you every step of the way.

We had an amazing experience at teamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi with our entire family. The immersive digital art, stunning light displays, and interactive installations were absolutely breathtaking. Every room felt magical and unique. My daughter Harshika enjoyed it the most — she was so excited exploring the glowing spaces and watching the colors change around her. Seeing her happiness made our visit even more special. My wife Pushpakala loved the creativity and beauty of the exhibitions, and even my mother truly enjoyed the experience. It was wonderful to see three generations enjoying together in such a unique and modern art space. We spent quality family time, took beautiful photos, and created unforgettable memories. Highly recommended for families visiting Abu Dhabi!

This place is pure art meets technology brilliance. Every space feels immersive and thoughtfully designed. The mirrored rooms and flowing digital walls make it feel endless. It’s very interactive, which makes it more than just an exhibition. You become part of it. I recommend going on a weekday if you want more space to really take it in. Great for photos, but even better to just experience in the moment. We also got a discount when we booked through Headout, which made the visit even better.

Getting started

Arrive early to explore the exhibits at your own pace. Show your ticket at the entrance for check-in assistance from the staff. Before starting your visit, you can stop by the on-site café for snacks and refreshments.

What to expect

What to bring

Valid photo ID: Especially for adult-only Art Undistracted hours (18+ only).

Booking confirmation/ticket: Printed or digital, recommended to book online in advance.

Comfortable attire: Wear practical clothing and supportive shoes. High heels are not allowed. Some exhibits involve water, so consider clothes you can fold up to your knees or bring a change of attire for children.

Camera/phone: Photography and short videos are permitted for personal use only (no flash, tripods, selfie sticks, or commercial equipment).

Water bottle: Staying hydrated is recommended, as visits may last several hours.

What's not allowed

Guests under 18: Not permitted during Art Undistracted (Monday through Thursday, 6pm–10pm).

Outside food and drink: Only food and drinks purchased inside allowed.

Large bags/luggage: Free lockers available for storing personal items. Strollers are not permitted inside, and storage space is limited.

Smoking or vaping: Prohibited throughout the premises (including outdoor areas).

Tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, flashlights: Not permitted in exhibition areas, including for photography.

For-profit/commercial photography or filming without prior written consent.

Pets: Not allowed, except registered service animals.

Accessibility

Wheelchair accessible: Ramps and elevators are available throughout the venue.

Accessible restrooms: Dedicated facilities for guests with disabilities.

Nursing room: Available for mothers requiring a private space.

"Art Undistracted" is an exclusive 18+ experience at teamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi. Government-issued photo ID is required for age verification. Sessions run from Monday to Thursday from 6pm to 10pm, with last entry at 8pm.

Adults-only entrance: During designated Art Undistracted timeslots.

Food & beverage: Café available; only food/drink purchased inside is permitted.

Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Children’s facilities: Nursing room and changing facilities provided; strollers should be left in cars.

Kids' entry: On Mondays to Thursdays, last entry for kids at 4:30pm, after which they will not be allowed to enter.

Open-dated tickets: You can visit on any day. For open-dated tickets, guests must select a visit date and timeslot via the booking link sent after purchase, subject to availability. Walk-ins are not permitted.

Fixed-dated & timed tickets: No additional reservation is required—your selected date and time are already confirmed at the time of booking.

Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
