Excellent experience! The combo ticket helped us save time and made our trip well planned. Both the Natural History Museum and Louvre Abu Dhabi were amazing to visit. Perfecto el funcionamiento de la app. Vi que tenian descuento y aproveché. Lo único es que tienes que esperar 30min a que lleguen tus tickets desde que los compras. Después de ese tiempo, llegaron sin problemas y pudimos entrar.

We went for the Picasso exhibit, but really enjoyed the permanent exhibits as well. The staff are very friendly and provided helpful comments about the various pieces. It would be easy to spend 3 hours here!

Great value for money with combo tickets, and easy tickets coming to email. For quick tickets for same day use also very good option. Give yourself ample time of 2-3 hours before going to Qasr al Watan or Louvre Abu Dhabi. Staff of headout is quick and helpful. Surely recommended service for ticketing in UAE.

What to bring

What’s not allowed

Lockers and cloakroom facilities are currently unavailable; avoid bringing large bags or suitcases.

Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Flash photography, tripods, and filming equipment are not allowed inside the exhibition spaces.

Accessibility

The museum is wheelchair accessible, with strollers and wheelchairs available for loan.

Accessible restrooms and prayer rooms are available on site.

Only e-tickets are accepted; printed tickets are not required.

You cannot skip the line at the mandatory security check.
