Phenomena by teamLab Abu Dhabi è un’esperienza artistica straordinaria che va ben oltre il concetto tradizionale di mostra. È un viaggio immersivo in cui arte, tecnologia e natura si fondono in modo armonioso, coinvolgendo lo spettatore a livello visivo, emotivo e sensoriale. Ogni installazione è viva, in continua trasformazione, e reagisce alla presenza dei visitatori, rendendo ogni esperienza unica e irripetibile. Luci, colori e suoni creano ambienti onirici che invitano a rallentare, osservare e lasciarsi trasportare. Non si è semplici spettatori, ma parte integrante dell’opera stessa.

There are very few places nowadays where I sit and enjoy a place without a cellphone. This is one of them. The sounds, the lights, the entire experience was out of this world. All my senses were entertained in this experience. I really liked the smoke room with lasers that brought life to light in a 3D way I have never seen before. I also really enjoyed the red/ purple baloon room, it felt like being in one of my dreams that I could never explain. Highly recommend.

We visited teamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi with our teenage sons and friends, and it was an amazing experience for all of us. Walking through the immersive, ever-changing installations together felt truly special. The atmosphere, light, and sound made it unforgettable, and it’s something we’ll all remember long after! Loved it!!!

Arrive early to explore the exhibits at your own pace. Show your ticket at the entrance for check-in assistance from the staff. Before starting your visit, you can stop by the on-site café for snacks and refreshments.

What to expect

Art Undistracted: Visit during the Art Undistracted adults-only hours on Monday to Thursday evenings from 6pm to 10pm, reserved exclusively for guests aged 18 and above. With fewer distractions and a dedicated entrance, this serene slot invites you to slow down, reflect, and engage more deeply with the digital installations.

What to bring

Valid photo ID: Especially for adult-only Art Undistracted hours (18+ only).

Booking confirmation/ticket: Printed or digital, recommended to book online in advance.

Comfortable attire: Wear practical clothing and supportive shoes. High heels are not allowed. Some exhibits involve water, so consider clothes you can fold up to your knees or bring a change of attire for children.

Camera/phone: Photography and short videos are permitted for personal use only (no flash, tripods, selfie sticks, or commercial equipment).

Water bottle: Staying hydrated is recommended, as visits may last several hours.

What's not allowed

Guests under 18: Not permitted during Art Undistracted (Monday through Thursday, 6pm–10pm).

Outside food and drink: Only food and drinks purchased inside allowed.

Large bags/luggage: Free lockers available for storing personal items. Strollers are not permitted inside, and storage space is limited.

Smoking or vaping: Prohibited throughout the premises (including outdoor areas).

Tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, flashlights: Not permitted in exhibition areas, including for photography.

For-profit/commercial photography or filming without prior written consent.

Pets: Not allowed, except registered service animals.

Accessibility

Wheelchair accessible: Ramps and elevators are available throughout the venue.

"Art Undistracted" is an exclusive 18+ experience at teamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi. Government-issued photo ID is required for age verification. Sessions run from Monday to Thursday from 6pm to 10pm, with last entry at 8pm.

Adults-only entrance: During designated Art Undistracted timeslots.

Food & beverage: Café available; only food/drink purchased inside is permitted.

Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Children’s facilities: Nursing room and changing facilities provided; strollers should be left in cars.

Kids' entry: On Mondays to Thursdays, last entry for kids at 4:30pm, after which they will not be allowed to enter.

Open-dated tickets: You can visit on any day. For open-dated tickets, guests must select a visit date and timeslot via the booking link sent after purchase, subject to availability. Walk-ins are not permitted.

Fixed-dated & timed tickets: No additional reservation is required—your selected date and time are already confirmed at the time of booking.

Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

Please arrive at the redemption point 15 mins before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.
