It is one of the best zoo that we visited so far. Kids and adults enjoyed the place, shows were amazing. Follow the map with green circles and you will be able to cover the entire zoo. It is huge with more than 3000 species so it will be helpful to follow the map which also have details about the shows. Start early morning, since we prebooked with headout we were able to directly enter in to the zoo and did not had to wait in the ticket counter queue which was long due to school break.

The tickets I want were sold out in other places. I finally got tickets here and all my family had a good time here. Buy tickets is convenient through handout. And sometimes I can get discount.

Brilliant zoo doing excellent work on conservation. It was really hot day so many of the animals were not out, but there was still plenty to see. The areas where you walk through the enclosures were the best. I was so excited to see a platypus. The staff we spoke to were really friendly and helpful.

Your ticket grants entry to all zoo areas, including themed zones like the African Savannah, Rainforest Trail, and Nura Duya. Arrive early to collect your map and daily schedule at the entrance.

Bring a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, water bottle, insect repellent, a camera for your visit.

What’s not allowed

Animals, ball, balloon, bicycle, scooter, skateboard, roller blades, audio equipment, musical instrument, alcohol or illegal substances are not allowed inside the venue.

Accessibility

This experience is wheelchair and pram/ stroller accessible. Wheelchairs and prams are available for hire at the zoo.

Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue. Ensure you give 48 hours notice prior to your visit to ensure the best welcome for your dog and complete a short online form with accreditation and vaccination records to help the venue staff prepare.
