The history provided by the tour guide was fascinating and gave context to the tales of cricket's origins and how far both the game and its players have come, along with the significant socio-cultural changes over time. Ian (from the Potteries in the UK). The SCG tour is a must for all cricket lovers. Our host was Stuart who was brilliant. Stuart told us stories of great achievements at the SCG (both Aussie and overseas) including some names I'd not heard of, e.g. 'The Demon'. The tour includes the press box, the 'cramped' commentators box, and the home and away changing rooms. Fabulous!
