Yes I had an awesome time that was my first time being on a boat and I just didn't know how large the Mississippi River was I was educated about New Orleans and some of the historical landmarks and it was just over all the food was excellent the live band and the tours that was on the banks they was waving at us and taking pictures and videos it was just exciting and I can't wait to do it again thank you so much

We enjoyed the smooth cruising and the wonderful live music. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. It was great having the picture taken at the beginning and the staff tracking everyone down so we wouldn't have to go on the hunt for the results. The photo package was a great touch and budget friendly. Thank you so much, it was a wonderful and beautiful experience!

It was a nice tour. The views were beautiful and the tour guide was very knowledgeable. I learned a lot. The food was great and the staff were kind and generous. I especially loved the music show at the end of the tour when we got off the Natchez, it was amazing. The jazz band on the tour was okay, I expected a bit more soulful music from them.

Exceptional from start to finish. We enjoyed the meal and music and the sights along the Mississippi. The service was lovely and the restrooms clean. The tour guide had a lot of interesting things to say. I would recommend highly!!

The steamboat was clean enjoyed every minute of the ride. The food was delicious. The boats personnel were awesome kind we enjoyed the photo that was taken. Price was perfect. Everyone should take the rod.car

What to bring

Until March 2026, either the Steamboat NATCHEZ or Riverboat CITY of NEW ORLEANS may host your cruise, depending on operational schedules and private charter arrangements. Either way, this two-hour cruise includes live jazz, craft drinks, and views of New Orleans best seen from the top deck.

Boarding begins at least 30 minutes before departure. We recommend arriving early to ensure a smooth start to your cruise.

Guests aged 21 and over may purchase beer, wine, and specialty cocktails from the onboard bar with a valid photo ID showing date of birth, in accordance with Louisiana law.
