The experience on the giant observation wheel was truly remarkable. The panoramic views of the city skyline were simply breathtaking. It was a wonderful opportunity to see the sights from such a unique perspective. The gentle rotation provided a comfortable and enjoyable ride. Overall, the entire experience was absolutely great.

It was an amazing experience. Time capsule was also amazing. We saw the history of Singapore in Time Capsule. In the flyer we opted for Champagne experience which was also magnificent as we two were the only people in the flyer. We got to see the whole Singapore from the flyer.

Amazing experience, there was no need to queue and we got the cabin all to ourselves. Definitely worth to pay extra for this experience

What's not allowed

Food and beverages purchased outside are not permitted in the capsule.

Bulky items such as strollers and luggage bags are not permitted in the capsule. They should be left at the flight entrance for safekeeping.

Accessibility

Singapore Flyer has ramps, lifts, and toilets friendly for wheelchair-bound guests to get in, out, and move around.

There is a parking lot for those with mobility issues situated right next to the lift. Guests will be able to park and take the lift directly to the ticketing counters or boarding area.

Pregnant women are allowed. However, expecting mothers in advanced stages of pregnancy are advised to have someone accompany them.

Additional information

Premium Champagne Experience is available only for adults aged 18 years and above.

Please check in at the guest service lounge at least 30 minutes ahead of schedule to exchange your ticket and register, and to enjoy priority boarding.

Relax at the Flyer Lounge on the third floor of Singapore Flyer while waiting for your scheduled flight after exchanging your ticket.

Guests under the age of 18 can enjoy mocktails.

Children under the age of 13 years must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.

Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

Please arrive at the redemption point 30 mins before the scheduled time of your experience to avoid any delays.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.
