L’application est simple à utiliser et le téléchargement des billets ainsi que de l’audioguide s’est fait sans souci. Sur place, le lieu d’échange des billets était très bien indiqué, avec un accueil chaleureux et des explications claires. Le personnel a pris le temps de donner quelques conseils utiles pour la visite, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. L’accès à l’audioguide était fluide et enrichissant. Une organisation impeccable — je recommande vivement Headout !

Esperienza super positiva. Ho ritirato i biglietti all’infopoint vicino a Piazza del Campo, tutto molto veloce e chiaro. Una volta arrivata al Duomo ci hanno fatto entrare direttamente dalla corsia rapida, cosa che non sapevo fosse inclusa, e abbiamo saltato tutta la fila. Il Duomo è davvero spettacolare, con i pavimenti intarsiati e la Libreria Piccolomini che sembra un piccolo scrigno rinascimentale. L’audioguida spiega bene ogni dettaglio e rende la visita ancora più interessante. Organizzazione perfetta, consigliatissimo.

The Cathedral iteslef was amazing and well worth the visit but the ticket buying and colleciton process a bit of a challenge. And when we did pick the up there was no audio guide on offer there. Maybe we had to get that somewhere else? In fiture i woul djust buy the tickets at the venue rather than online and pay extra for them.

Easy to connect on my phone. A bit difficult to orientation. I think the reason is the English names of the stations inside the church are so different from the Italian. I am not native English speaker

What’s not allowed

Large bags, suitcases, or oversized luggage aren’t allowed inside the cathedral or complex.

Pets aren’t permitted, except for registered service animals.

Flash photography, tripods, and filming equipment aren’t allowed inside the cathedral or library.

Accessibility

Some areas of the cathedral complex, like the Facciatone viewpoint and certain historic sections, may not be accessible to wheelchair users or visitors with limited mobility.

Additional information

Redeem your voucher for an entry ticket at the official ticket office at Cripta del Duomo di Siena before entering.

The last entry to Siena Cathedral is 30 minutes before closing.

Opening times can vary due to liturgical activities. Please check the timings page for daily schedule.

Tickets are valid only on the booked date. The OPA SI PASS is valid for three consecutive days from purchase.

The Oratory of San Bernardino is open only from April to October.

The Duomo’s marble floor is visible only during certain periods of the year.

Instructions for accessing the digital audio guide are provided on your entry ticket.

Children under 6 enter free but must be accompanied by an adult and still require a booked ticket.
