Parfait du début à la fin ! L’achat en ligne sur la plateforme Headout s’est fait facilement et en toute sécurité. L’application est simple à utiliser et le téléchargement des billets ainsi que de l’audioguide s’est fait sans souci. Sur place, le lieu d’échange des billets était très bien indiqué, avec un accueil chaleureux et des explications claires. Le personnel a pris le temps de donner quelques conseils utiles pour la visite, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. L’accès à l’audioguide était fluide et enrichissant. Une organisation impeccable — je recommande vivement Headout !

Sehr interessant. Etwas unübersichtlich die Wegführung der einzelnen Stationen. An der eigentlichen Tiket Aussage, wurde nicht wirklich viel kommuniziert, war nicht so schön - sollte man daran arbeiten. An den eigentlichen Einlässen sehr freundliches Personal. Die Kathedrale ist ein Muss, traumhaft schön. Man muss nur wissen, das die Stadt vom 2. Juli bis 16. August sehr gefüllt ist, durch das traditionelle Fest "Palio de Siema" ( welches sehr interessant ist und deren Tradition). Wunderschöne Aussicht vom Museum.

Accessibility

The Siena Cathedral complex is not fully wheelchair accessible. Some areas, such as the Facciatone viewpoint and certain historic sections, may not be suitable for visitors with limited mobility.

Visitors are required to wear modest clothing covering shoulders and knees to enter the cathedral and chapels.

Tickets are valid for three consecutive days from the date of purchase.

The last entry to Siena Cathedral is 30 minutes before closing.

Access to the Oratory of San Bernardino is available only from April to October.
