We thoroughly enjoyed the all inclusive pass and visiting the cathedral. Expect people to cut in line and be pushy in the cathedral, so spending the extra money allows you access to less crowded parts of the cathedral complex. Upon arrival in the Cathedral, get in line for the Library, so you can enjoy the architecture while you are in line.

Easy to buy, easy to find the guest services location to get our tickets. The audio guide was simple to use, and informative without being too complicated. We took the time to visit 3 out of the 5 sites of the complex. It was a bit too crowded, especially in the Duomo. We had booked for the last day of our trip. We only found out that the ticket was good for 3 days when we picked them up. There's too much to take in during one visit...

Ik vond het beetje raar dat de tockets die ik via jullie bestelde in totaal 48 euro kostte en in de stad bij de tickerservice zou het 32 zijn. Ik vind het verschil echt te groot! Als ik dat geweten had, had ik tickets in dexstad zelf gehaald en niet via jullie. En bij de ticketservice was het niet druk en liep het goed door. Ik moest namelijk de voucher ook nog omwisselen voor de tickets, dus er zat geen enkel voordeel aan, dat ik het op deze manier via jullie heb besteld.

What’s not allowed

Accessibility

The Siena Cathedral complex is not fully wheelchair accessible. Some areas, such as the Facciatone viewpoint and certain historic sections, may not be suitable for visitors with limited mobility.
