A Procedura online di iscrizione chiara e semplice . Il tour proposto ha avuto uno spostamento dal mattino al pomeriggio motivato sul presupposto che l'accesso alla cattedrale era impossibilitato nell'orario previsto per funzione religiosa di cui avevano saputo a stretto giro. Non ci ha creato problemi ma mi chiedo se viene rimborsato quanto pagato in caso di impossibilita' a partecipare. Sulla visita, tutto ok, ottima guida, Jesus, simpatico e ci ha fornito tante indicazioni. Buon sistema con le audioguide di cui siamo stati dotati. Esperienza piu' che positiva.

Sem dúvida alguma, a guia Isabel foi fenomenal! Alegre e, além de falar da parte histórica, contou fatos curiosos que fizeram a diferença para os jovens que estavam lá. Ela falava de detalhes da história espanhola relacionadas a sua infância. Me emprestou sua própria blusa pois eu esqueci de levar um lenço para cobrir meus ombros. O tour, a facilidade de entrar sem fila,...tudo foi ótimo. Com certeza, compraria outras experiências com essa empresa.

The guide was very knowledgeable but I would like a little more silent time to take in the awesomeness and get the feeling of the space and more attention to the paintings because I'm an artist. I thought there was too much talking about the history and how the pillars were made which I had little interest in and it means the experience more intellectual rather than having the feeling of the awesomeness of the space. I regretted taking the tour

Recognized as the world's largest Gothic cathedral, this is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a focal point of the city’s history. Its bell tower, the La Giralda, was once the minaret of an Almohad mosque. Today, it offers stunning panoramic views of Seville's historic capital.

What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID or passport for all participants, as full names and ID details are required for entry.

Wear comfortable shoes, as the tour involves walking and climbing the La Giralda.

What’s not allowed

Large bags, backpacks, and suitcases are not allowed inside the premises for security reasons.

Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

Smoking, alcohol, and drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Wearing clothes that expose your knees or shoulders, or wearing hats inside the cathedral is prohibited.

Professional photography equipment, tripods, and selfie sticks are prohibited.

Accessibility

The Seville Cathedral is largely wheelchair accessible, except for the La Giralda.

The cathedral also offers a free wheelchair service for those with limited mobility.

Those with visual impairments can use the Braille brochures to guide them through their visit.

There’s a free sign guide service for visitors with hearing impairments.

The Permanent Exhibition area and the Patio de los Naranjos also have baby changing tables.

Service animals are allowed at the cathedral subject to presenting relevant official documentation.

Additional information

The climb up to the La Giralda is not recommended for individuals with vertigo, claustrophobia, or respiratory ailments.

The experience is suitable for all ages, including infants and seniors.

Children under the age of 14 must always be accompanied by an adult.

Groups of more than 10 people will be provided with headphones to avoid disturbing the other guests.
