I especially enjoyed the dolphin experience, but the prices for pictures are ridiculously expensive. There should be at least one complimentary picture included in the package. I was aghast at the price I paid for only two pictures.

I bought the Dolphin Connection programme with Oceanarium at a discounted admission rate, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. It's a fantastic activity for special occasions. Interacting directly with the dolphins was an unforgettable experience, we had so much fun and learned a lot about them. The Oceanarium also features a great variety of marine creatures, making it both enjoyable and educational. One suggestion for improvement: it would be much more convenient if the receipt breakdown and QR codes could be included as PDF in the confirmation email, instead of requiring users to download the app to access them. Overall, a wonderful & memorable experience!

Please be aware that headout is a complete disaster. Although it is easy to buy the tickets, redeeming headout confirmations at the venue is chaotic. It tool over half and hour of fiddling and downloading apps and reading the fine print. None of it was made clear by headout before arrival at the venue. That godness the people at Oceanarium were so nice and helpful. They agreed that headout is the most difficult and frustrating ticket agency to deal with. The experiance was amazing but the ticketing was not.

Our Dolphin experience memories are the icing on cake of our whole Malaysia & Singapore trip. Kudos to headout app technical team for providing us such a detailed description and seamless smooth experience with attractions. Anyday i would recommend Headout over any other app

Just such a special interaction with a beautiful creature. The experience from start to finish was seamless and well organised. The staff were all great and the dolphins are well cared for and happy. Definitely worth it!

Dolphin Moments (as per option selected)

Choose from a range of dolphin interaction programmes designed to suit every comfort level:

Dolphin Exploration (30 mins): Stay dry while enjoying a close-up, educational encounter with dolphins by the poolside.

Dolphin Immersion (60 mins): Enter the water for a deeper interaction, where you’ll get to touch, feed, and even play with the dolphins under expert guidance.

Dolphin Connection (60 mins): Take your experience further by swimming and snorkeling alongside dolphins in a specially designed lagoon.

Dolphin Observer Experience: Perfect for companions! Watch your friends or family members participate in the dolphin programmes from a reserved area.

What to bring

For Dolphin Connection & Immersion, participants are required to be in proper swimwear and footwear. Wetsuits will be provided during the interaction. For Dolphin Exploration, participants must be in footwear upon arrival at Marine Mammal Habitat.

Participants are to bring their personal toiletries and a towel for showering.

What’s not allowed

Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except for infant formula.

Motorised or wheeled mobility equipment such as skate-scooters, in-line skates, roller-blades, unicycles, Segways, bicycles, tricycles, and pull-trolleys are not permitted. Personal Mobility Aids (PMAs) are allowed subject to terms and conditions.

Guests wearing full-face masks, helmets, full face painting, or any headgear that hides the entire face will not be admitted.

Photography (without flash) and video recording are allowed inside the Singapore Oceanarium, but not inside the Marine Mammal Habitat.

Bags are subject to inspection before entry.

Accessibility

All public areas at Singapore Oceanarium are wheelchair accessible.

Selected support areas are not wheelchair accessible due to stairs and a lack of ramps; access to these areas may be restricted for guests with mobility needs.

For the safety of all guests, crutches, strollers, and electric mobility devices are not permitted in support areas.

The Dolphin Immersion & Exploration programs are suitable for non-swimmers.

Additional information

Dolphin Connection: The minimum age for participation is 13 years old. The programme date must be on or after the 13th birthday of the participant.

Dolphin Immersion: The minimum age requirement is 4 years, with a minimum height requirement of 110cm. Children aged 4-12 years must always be accompanied in the water by a paying adult participant (above 21 years of age), and a maximum supervisory ratio of 3 children to 1 adult (above 21 years of age).

Dolphin Exploration: Children below 13 years must always be accompanied by a paying adult participant (above 21 years of age), and a maximum supervisory ratio of 3 children to 1 adult (above 21 years of age).

Dolphin Observer: This is exclusively reserved for guests with friends or family participating in the Dolphin Immersion, Exploration or Connection programmes; without any 1 of these tickets, they will be denied entry to observe.

Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent/legal guardian (above 21 years) present onsite to complete and sign the Release and Indemnity Form.

Participants entering from Singapore Oceanarium must enter the park 60 minutes before the Dolphin Exploration programme and arrive at the Marine Mammal Habitat entrance at least 30 minutes before it begins.

Hand stamp and ticket are required for same-day re-entry.

Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

Please arrive at the redemption point 15 mins before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.
