Made our last-minute Singapore holiday planning so much easier I came across Headout at the last moment while planning three days in Singapore for our upcoming family vacation, and it turned out to be extremely helpful. What I liked most was having one platform to find and book the different attractions my family wanted to experience. Instead of spending time managing bookings in different places, we could conveniently organise our attractions through Headout, with the tickets readily accessible in the app. Once everything was booked, we could simply focus on enjoying our time together. I would particularly recommend checking the bundle attraction options. Booking multiple attractions together worked well for us and was a cost-effective way to plan the trip. Another feature I found genuinely useful was the practical information provided for each attraction. Details around timings, expected duration, preparations and other important points helped us plan our days more efficiently and avoid unnecessary last-minute surprises. For anyone planning a short trip where every day counts, Headout can make organising attractions much more convenient. We started with the different trails which were very cool! you feel like you're in a complete new zoo. the nocturnal animals are all very nice and in almost every enclosure you actually see the animal. the tram ride was also very nice because we got to see the elephants and the white tiger!! Very good experience, money well spent

Beautiful zoo with lush vegetation. Lots of information about the animals and best of all three lemurs casually strolling around the pathways. Loved the baby orang. So cute

I liked the packaged attraction for Mandai and the recommended sequence of the visits was very convenient. - made this Singapore weekend very enjoyable and fun.

Great place to visit. Easy walkabout. Some exhibits such as Butterfly and bird aviary, you are mingling with the wildlife roaming freely about the enclosures. Hop on and off bus a great feature. Very good restaurants which cater for many cultures, with great quality food....best green salad I have had for a long time. there is even a Kentucky Fried Chicken and MacDonalds onsite. The gift shop has many affordable mementos and the profits help the zoo and wildlife foundations.

The staff at Mandai Wildlife were friendly and helpful. The attractions were well maintained and presentation was excellent. I would plan the day. There is SO much to see and do at each attraction that trying to do them in a day is not possible. I'd do two attractions a day and spend quality time in each. Take a hat, fan and a pinch as the weather changes constantly. Don't forget a comfortable pair of shoes.

The Wings of Time Fireworks Symphony was a really enjoyable experience. The show was well organized, entry was smooth, and the combination of lights, music, water effects and fireworks made it feel quite special. The atmosphere was great, especially towards the end when the fireworks started. Overall, it was a memorable experience and definitely one of the highlights of my Singapore trip.

Too humid and hot to see a lot of animals. Surrounds nice and tropical. We went mid afternoon to avoid some of the heat.

Enter Singapore Zoo with your ticket and hop on the complimentary tram for easy travel across the park. The recorded commentary shares fun animal facts and stories as you ride between zones.

11 zones to explore: Wander through Wild Africa, Australasia, Fragile Forest, the Great Rift Valley of Ethiopia, Primate Kingdom, Treetops Trail, Reptile Kingdom, KidzWorld, RepTopia, Tortoise Shell-ter, and Orangutan Island & Boardwalk.

4,200+ animals, 300+ species: Meet lions, orangutans, kangaroos, tortoises, reptiles, and many more.

Rainforest setting: Discover the zoo’s unique open habitats that immerse you in a lush tropical environment.

Tram ride included: Save energy with a complimentary tram ride that connects key exhibits, complete with commentary.

Important note

Booking your preferred entry date for the Singapore Zoo admission ticket is mandatory. Please follow the instructions on the booking voucher to reserve your preferred date.

What to bring

Light clothes, comfy shoes, sunscreen, cap, mosquito repellent, and a poncho or umbrella.

Bring a reusable water bottle – refill stations are available.

Arrive early on weekdays or visit in the late afternoon.

Arrive 10–15 mins early: Seats fill up fast, especially for Splash Safari. Grab a good spot without the rush.

What's not allowed

There are prohibited areas in the zoo. Do not venture into these zones for your own safety.

Do not feed or tease the animals living in the zoo.

Stay seated the whole duration of the tram ride.

Feel free to take photos for personal use. Flash photography is not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed inside the zoo. You will find a designated smoking point outside the entrance.

Pets and plants are not allowed inside.

Skate scooters, inline skates, rollerblades, tricycles and pull trolleys are not permitted inside.

Turn off flash photography for animals’ comfort.

Accessibility

Ticketing machines (TM), nursing & diaper changing rooms, lost and found, free wifi, stoller, wheelchair access, lockers, prayer rooms, rain gears, first-aid stations, luggage storage are available at the venue.
